The technician arrived well prepared and found the issue, remedied it and explained to me what it was and how he had resoved it to my satisfaction.

Our HVAC unit drain line clogged and caused an overflow that damaged our flooring. CoolBreeze sent a tech out who did all he could to clear the line, finally believing that the clog must be downstream in the building infrastructure (we live in a highrise condo). After monitoring the unit for a few weeks, it's clear that he did resolve the issue. He also noticed that the sensor that prevents overflows was misinstalled and relocated it to prevent this from happening again. Great job overall and wouldn't hesitate to call them again when needed.

I have reached out to this company by email, through Angie's list and by phone and have received no response. I called using the link on Angie's list and got "uh, hello?" as a response then the woman hung up. I have a feeling this company no longer is in business or is not seeking new clients.

They are great, good customer service and they arrived on time.

I called on a Saturday morning requesting service for my broken AC. The person told me they could come the next day. I explained I had a party planned Saturday evening and the AC was not working. Given my situation, they agreed to send some one out the same day. Ron (the owner) came out in a few hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. The problem was fixed quickly for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

One of the hottest nights and days of the year. AC broke down ant 10PM. I called around 6am to find out opening time (8am for scheduling it is). I got a call back at 6:15!! To check what my problem is, re-assuring me that they can deal with it same day and that I call back when office is open. Nice and "cool" service already here!. I got an appointment window starting 2pm which suited me. The next real positive surprise was Rene the service person! Personality, competence, service orientated, professional, articulate, explained the why and whats - and all this on a day which was very hectic and very for all of us and in particular for him to do his job. I certainly based on my opinion can recommend Rene and the company! PS-service emergency call, Condensator had to be replaced, and two air filters.

Don't know yet. I set an appointment for Wed, called Wed morning to confirm, they said my appointment is on Fri. I know I did not get this wrong, as I wrote it down as we were on the phone and repeated it back, then immediately wrote it in my calendar. When I called to confirm, around 10am, whomever answered the phone sounded like I woke her up. She did not even identify herself as Cool Breeze; I had to ask if I was speaking with Cool Breeze. I didn't realize until now that I had used them before with mixed outcome. In the winter my heater broke down. They sent someone out who said they fixed it, but then the next morning my heat stopped again, Luckily, they sent a different, more experienced, technician out later that day, squeezing me into a very busy cold spell day. I know they have a good review on Angie's List, but they appear to me hit or miss.

The service technician arrived within the two-hour window. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. The owner Ron and his technician were both very professional and pleasant. Cool Breeze provided me with fast and top-notch repair service at a very reasonable price. Thank you and keep up the magnificent work!

price is not average with some other companies

It went peretly well. The tech was well prepared. He talked to me about the steps that he would take and I am very satified.

Not very well. According to the owner they worked really slowly and were done three hours late. Then they didn't do all the work as agreed upon and had to come back the next day. The next day they did come back, but the worker was too lazy to get the parts out of the back of the truck and went home. Then they didn't call the day after that to tell me when they would show up. They had forgotten so I had to call. I scheduled an appointment for them to finish the job on the next day and the scheduler promised the technician would be there at 10:00AM sharp. He wasn't so I called to see if they were coming and nobody knew I was on the schedule. The technician showed up at my house at 10:30AM visibly ****** off and rude. The story didn't end there. Cool Breeze forgot to schedule the inspection, so I had to follow-up with them again. The inspector came and the installation failed inspection. They had wired the AC unit outside improperly and it was a fire hazard. Lovely. At this point the same rude technician showed up again and made the repairs. I guess we will see if the saga of careless service continues or not.

Repair included replacing cracked PVC pipe (between condensation tray and pump) with a clear trap, and adding refrigerant to my aging residential air conditioning system. Technician Rene was outstanding. He explained everything he needed to do and encouraged me to look over his shoulder while he worked. He also provided options at a couple of points, which I appreciated.

Technician was professional and showed up on the days scheduled, a little later than the service window. Diagnosis was done quickly. Ordering part was done by office personnel and took a little longer than I thought it should. I called often to check on when tech would arrive and was part ordered and when it would arrive. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and polite. The entire process took one week between diagnosis and installation of part. Price was fair.

The technician (Rene) knew his job, came on time, replaced the parts on our very old air conditioner, cleaned it up and got it working again. Professional and congenial.

Excellent. Called the company 8 :00 Am Saturday morning and the repair person was here at noon the same day. He explained what was wrong with the unit and had the unit up and running almost immediately. Excellent customer service and communication. We will definitely use this company again. Many thanks.

For the job, first I used Angie's list and chose three A rated service providers. I communicated with all three and received three free estimates. All three companies appeared excellent to me. However Cool Breeze proposal seemed a best fit for what I wanted. My units were replaced with Bryant Evolution System which includes both heating and cooling system with an excellent Bryant Evolution wifi digital thermostat. I am extremely happy with Cool Breeze personnel and services I received during installation and thereafter to this day. I have recommended them to my daughter and recommend them to anybody who is looking for similar service as mine. The price indicated below is the net price following Bryant rebate, cash or check discount, Web site coupon and Pepco rebate.

Contacted them multiple times to get the work scheduled but they would never return the call so I hired another company. Also tried to get a quote for a new AC Unit but they never responded to that request either.

The woman who scheduled my appointment was courteous and professional, explaining all the charges up front. Kenneth, who did the service, was also very professional and thorough, explaining what needed to be done and how much everything would cost. It was a very pleasant experience.

Ron was an absolute professional in providing me the best advice in determining which AC system to purchase for my home. I really appreciate his easy, honest, and open communication style during the whole decision making process, as well as during the installation process together with his work associate Ronan! You guys are the best...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

While Cool Breeze did come out to take measurements and prepare an estimate for replacing the duct work in my house, they never followed up with an estimate, even though I followed up with them to find out when I should expect the estimate. I guess they were not interested in the work.

Cool Breeze sent a specialist within 24 hours of calling when my HVAC stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and got new parts (still under warranty) within a few days. Great service.

RENE THE MECHANIC DID A WONDERFUL JOB, THE WORK WAS DONE BETWEEN 8 AND 10 PM IN THE DARK WITH A FLASHLIGHT. HE FOUND THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. OTHER COMPANIES HAD TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT FAILED AND I WAS WITHOUT AIR DURING SOME OF THE HOT DAYS THAT WE HAD SO FAR. KUDOS TO RENE.

Overpriced service The $59 AC service became a over $300 repair. Technician suggested to change a water pump (he provided the pump at around $165 + installation extra). After the service, later I checked the pump price at home depot and it was exactly the same for $41
