+ -1 moreThey arrived one hour late (9am)...no call. I called the main office to complain and their response was "we have a one hour window..." In addition, I was given the excuse that they had to move several appts around to accommodate my 10am rescheduled appt. Really?! It would have been wonderful to disclose "a one hour window" when I made my appt, because some people rearrange their entire work schedule to accommodate these services. At the very least, CALL and say you will be an hour late -- I’m ok with that. But a simple "I couldn’t find your address...traffic problems..." is really unprofessional. And guess what? A simple good old fashioned apology from the manager would have been sufficient. Customers don’t care what you have to do on the business side to service them. We just want punctual and quality service. If you can’t deliver, tell us. We can go anywhere to spend our money...no reason to give it away to a company that doesn’t care about how their consumers are treated.
Description of Work: I called Congressional on 5/30 to schedule a routine maintenance service on my HVAC unit. My initial appt was for 10am and I called back to reschedule for 8am - no problem.
