They do a good job, are fast, do what they say they're going to do, and at a reasonable price.

Excellent and prompt customer service. My daughter dropped her laptop and destroyed the hard drive. I dropped it off at the store in the morning and later that day the tech called me and explained everything to me thoroughly and in terms that I could understand. He gave me several options and I feel like he helped me choose the most cost efficient solution for the situation. The computer was ready the next day as promised and it works better now than it did brand new!

The process begins with a discussion with one of the very knowledgeable service people. We discuss wants and needs in detail, then we discuss the options. Component by component, the customer can make choices with full knowledge of the price and performance expectations so the computer is truly custom built for the customer. They are honest and advise the customer if they are choosing to buy something more powerful that what they need. No hard-sell here. Customer satisfaction is very important to them. Once I started to use the new computer I found out there were a few things that needed to be tweaked to make it perform even better, and they fine-tuned the system at no charge. Can't ask for more than that I highly recommend TCP. They have a walk-in repair service , and computers are repaired for a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time.

Computer Place did exactly what was needed to get my laptop up and running.

I had taken the computer to Geek Squad, but the price for the repairs was too high. I then took it to Computer Place, and they repaired it for less than Geek Squad charged to diagnose the problem. Their service was superb. I have now even purchased a new computer from them because of the quality customer service.

I walked in there and thought that I might have to leave my computer there, but they came up with the answer. They could have easily taken my computer in and told me that they would get back to me. I am a relatively sophisticated computer user. I tell them what I want and they build it for me. They built my last computer for about $2500 and it also has a warranty. I give them the highest ratings across the board.

I am a relatively advanced computer user but I don't build my own computer because it is a pain. I research parts and they help me locate them, and sometimes they give me helpful counter advice. We come up with something, they build it, and then I have a custom computer. They are relatively fast and I am helped as soon as I got there. They also sell stock computers and software packages.

A set price schedule of various computer repairs/ upgrades is posted. In my case, the OS was reinstalled so the computer was just as if I just bought it, and virus free. I had all data backed up which I needed so this was a good option for me. They did suggest a 'ghosting' software which would enable me to have a total backup to restore the computer to it's previous state if it should ever get corrupted again. Computer works great now and I also have the image backup software to rely on if I ever need it. A lot cheaper than other stores for this service. Jack did my repair and he seemed very knowable.
