I brought the laptop in to the store, hoping to get a quick turnaround on the repair. It was the Sunday before a national holiday, but they said the repair should be ready in 3 to 4 days. I stopped by the store 5 days later, and it took the store representative about 15 minutes to come back to me at the counter and inform me that there was no information left on the store tag regarding final status of the repair. He told me he would call me within an hour or two to let me know of the status, but I did not receive any call. I went back to the store the next day, and after waiting at the counter for about 20 minutes while the technician validated status of the repair, I got the repaired laptop back. It now seems to function pretty well, but the timing and customer responsiveness left a bit to be desired.

They sold me a Wireless Apple Macintosh G5 Computer system with apple wireless mouse for our basement, with a Macintosh 3 year service contract. He was a very nice salesman.

EXCELLENT TRAINING WITH GOOD PEOPLE. WE RECEIVED TRAINING BOTH FROM THE TEXT BOOK AS SUPPLIED BY THE MAKER OF THE SOFTWARE AS WELL AS RECEIVING HANDS ON TRAINING USING THE SOFTWARE AND COMPUTERS.
