Similar to a previous reviewer, I met Abian while doing some very initial research on flooring surfaces while on a trip to Home Depot. My girlfriend and I were more than a bit lost in the face of so much information and Abian - who was picking up supplies for another job - came over to us and explained how to determine quality and value of each surface, as well as answering a number of our questions. At the conclusion of our conversation, noted that a builder he works with on a regular basis was looking to offload some high quality excess stock at a reduced price. He then handed me a business card and asked me to get in contact if we decided to move ahead with the project. Abian came to our house on a Saturday afternoon to take measurements in advance of an estimate and helped us pick out the best material for our needs. He provided a prompt and competitive quote that was in line with what we were looking to spend on the job. He was also incredibly flexible in terms of scheduling the job to complete it prior to our scheduled move-in date. Abian and his brother dropped off our wood on Friday evening a week in advance to allow proper conditioning. The job was completed in two full days with a very high level of quality. His crew was very professional and courteous when we stopped by to check in. Abian also made a number of quality control visits personally and showed a great deal of pride in his company's work. Abian was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and was a great pleasure to work with. We are planning some additional work in the coming years and I will definitely use his company again. Overall, I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to do a hardwood flooring installation.

We had a great experience with Classy Floors. Install went smoothly, crew was professional and polite, and they cleaned everything up after it was all done - and the whole job was completed on time and as promised. Owner Abian was very nice, came by several times to show us various products and answer our questions. Followed up with us afterwards as well. We'd definately recommend giving Abian a call to see what he might be able to do for you. We had to work around his schedule of availability, but it wasn't hard to come up with a time that was mutually agreeable to both of us. The wood looks great - many compliments already - and it didn't break the bank. What more could you ask for?

First off, Abian and his team of contractors (Gustavo [lead craftsman] /Nery/Juan) were a delight to work with. Abian worked with us to answer all questions about the hardwood types and their inherent benefits and disadvantages. Abian was able to acquire building materials through a home builder for us which came at a huge discount compared to retail AND wholesale prices. He was very accommodating of our financial constraints and worked with us to provide the best price overall compared to other contractors in the area by a considerable margin. Gustavo and his team came literally on the dot each day [8AM] to begin work and were very methodical in their craft. Removal was done very quickly and cleanly. The kitchen vinyl tile had been installed with hundreds of staples but the team worked diligently to get it all smoothed out in preparation for the hardwood installation. Even though the kitchen tile removal pushed the work time to three days instead of two, Abian and team did not change their installation costs. The team also moved around the couches and dining table we had left in the space and handled them carefully as to prevent any damage. As they worked, they vacuumed and swept the area frequently to keep the dust clouds to a minimum. We chose the Appalachian Advantage grade Maple Cinnamon wood to lay on our floor and the wife was not satified with the mineral marks/dark rings that appeared on a few installed boards. Without any hesitation, Gustavo and his team paid close attention to her request and filtered out the boards that she didn't like the look of and did a fantastic job to keep the uniformity of the floors pretty consistent. During the second day, Gustavo and his team found some water leakage behind our fridge and helped us isolate the problem (no plumbers tape on the purified water line connection to the fridge). They moved around the fridge and took the time to test the fix and make sure there would be no danger of leakage once the floors went down underneath. After the second day was over, we discovered that since they filtered out a small chunk of the planks due to the wife's earlier request, they would be slighty short of wood to finish the installation in the last room. Abian personally took some time late at night to help us sort through the remaining wood. We had the wife personally give the okay for each piece of wood we sifted through. After pulling out the acceptable wood, Gustavo and his team quickly finished the remaining room and completely finished the job a little early on the third day. The team made sure to sweep and polish the wood a few times before they were completely done. All in all, we had a great experience with Gustavo and his crew. They were very approachable and quickly complied with our requests and concerns. The floors look fantastic and we can't recommend Abian and his services any higher.
