The electrician arrived promptly & got right to work. He carefully explained everything he was doing, answered my questions & was very positive. I continue to be pleased with the fan, there have been no problems. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

They were great and I had a very positive experience with them.

I was quoted $135 for them to look at the wiring. This would have been a 5 minute job for someone to look at it and tell me, "Yes, that's just fine" or "No, you're going to have to have it rerouted and that can be done either by adding/replacing ... or ..." Although I was expecting a service call charge, I was expecting something more in the $75 range for this. I may still consider them for any actual work, but $135 for an expert opinion is just a but too much to swallow.

Everything went well. They showed up when they said they would did the work requested and cleaned up afterwards. They followed up by phone and card in the mail to see if everything was done to our satisfaction. It was! I have recommended them to a neighbor as well. I purchased this on one of the deals-- 2 hours of electrical work for I believe sixty nine dollars.

Dale arrived early and quickly got right to work. He provided his insight on best placement of fan, when asked. He was clean and neat. He had to make a run to Home Depot which took him <30 minutes, including the drive. He provided excellent service. At the end of the job, he walked us through the free 10-point inspection and made one recommendation. I would use CET again and again.

Service was really good, the cost ended up being below the phone estimate. The electrician was very fast.

The tech didn't really do much. I think I purchased a deal I didn't really need and there were no problems with my wiring. I can't say much about how effective this company is because, there wasn't really any work done. I did like the tech's professionalism and would call them again, primarily because they are highly rated on Angie's List. Sorry, I can't really offer much feedback, but I will be glad to rate if they ever do electrical work in my home.

David was awesome. He phoned me approx. 15 mins prior to his arrival. He came in and knew exactly where to go. It was the best electrical experience I've ever encountered. The price was even correct. I would definitely use them again and again.

The work went great and the installation was completed quickly and cleanly. Rob was very informative and professional. The only issue we had was with the pricing of the work, relating to how it was estimated and then charged. Gary provided us with an estimate with a cost breakdown that was vastly different from the final invoice breakdown. He didn't seem to understand what our issue was with this. Fortunately, the final cost was notably less than the estimate so we ended up dropping the discrepancy. My suggestion for future customers is to ensure the cost breakdown is finalized and agreed upon, just in case the work ends up being more expensive because figures are moved around.

He was great. We did the initial inspection because our home is old so he was helpful in telling us what changes and so on was needed. Down the line, we needed to put a better plug in at the back for the stove and he did that for us a couple of years ago. He was very nice and he would be my first choice to call back if I need an electrician.

My date of work, above, is an estimate. I'd have to dig for the receipt. In fact, it would be a great help if you could tell me when I 1st contacted you/the firm about accepting the deal. The fan has loosened up again. I had the electrician for two hours. With time left I asked him to install a new exhaust fan in the bathroom. He said that was very involved and may push me over the 2 hours. I told him we could work out the compensation and he declined. By the way, the last time I spoke with an Angie's List rep about another matter, she asked me about this same contractor. I told her and she said she would enter it into your data base and I need not respond in writing. This information is accurate to the best of my recollection. I need to locate the work order/receipt to check details. No luck yet.

Very smooth. Electrician showed up on time, installed all three fixtures quickly and efficiently. And packed up the old fixtures very neatly so they could be thrown away. Would definitely use them again.

The electrician arrived on the minute, was very pleasant and professional, and performed the needed services with hesitation. He clearly knew what he was doing and did an outstanding job. In addition, the price was reasonable and everything was done correctly.

Fantastic service, very professional and transparent pricing of the service performed. Rob did a terrific job and provided sound advise to fine tune the installation of four ceiling fans.

Dale called 20 mins before arriving to let me know he'd be here in 15-20 mins. Upon arrival I showed him the problem with a dead outdoor outlet used for a sump pump. He checked and said it had been 'tripped' and reset it. He advised that it should have a better cover and should be raised higher up against the house as it was getting buried under dirt. He said you can get the covers at Home Depot and they are relatively easy to install. I asked him how much to raise it and he quoted around $90 and he also had a cover in the truck. He also took a ladder and inspected a dead outdoor flood light and fixed that quickly (it just needed a new bulb!) He did all the work within an hour. Would totally hire CET again!

Great. I needed an additional part because of the ceiling slant in the bedroom. Was able to quickly re-schedule electrician to come back and finish the installment. Very professional.

Eric advised me of why the fixtures may have gone bad and, after looking at the plug, told me why the breaker kept tripping. It wasn't the plug at all but an electrical line attached to a shed outside which may have gotten wet due to an exposed wire. He presented possible solutions and the implications of each: for one, electricity to the shed would be permanently cut off; the other required digging up the wire to repair it. I asked him to just cut the wire. All of the work was well done and the company followed up with an email and a phone call to be sure I was satisfied. I will use them again.

This was a routine installation and part of an Angie's List "Big Deal" offer. The installation went quickly and without any issues. After 2 years, there have been no issues with the unit.

Electrician was great and worked very quickly. He listened to my special requests for fan locations. Final price was significantly less than the phone estimate which was a nice surprise and I had no issues with using the Angie's list coupon. The only issue I had with this company was that the appointments available were 7-10 days out and when I had to reschedule the first appointment had to wait another 10 days for the next available appointment.

It would have been reasonably soon after I purchased it, I called them and they set up a date and came. And I remembered the guy, I don't remember his name, he came out certainly a qualified technician opened up my circuit breaker box and installed the two surge arrester. That was only one, the one surge arrester on the outside of the box but it knocked out one of the access ports and screwed into that and then wired that surge arrester into my fuse box and installed a new circuit breaker to control the surge arrester. It didn't take too long and the house has not been struck by lightning since so it must worked. We never had a surge problem here and haven't since so I had no idea how long it works. Certainly it looks efficient and sitting down there with two little green LED lit which tells me it's still operational. They were perfectly good, that's absolutely explained what he was doing, did it very well, I watch how he folded the wires inside the circuit breaker box and the he had certain amounts of string relieve on the curves. He's as good as the people I had way back when putting in the new circuit breaker box so he does well. I don't think it would help anybody, all I'm telling you was the guy came on time, was good and installed something that I haven't ever needed before and not sure if I've ever needed since. I'm a retired scientist my concern about that surge protector is he'll no way to evaluate either how much it should have cost or how good it is or what it does. I knew I should have something like that in addition to the kind of service surge protector my TV or so on plugged in to. So I thought it was worth buying the extra insurance but that's not some that I have really deeply researched. And all I could say about this one there was no problems whatsoever that I thought in unknown quantity and a price that I had no idea whether it was a great deal or not.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and told me the price for the motor of the fan in advance which was nice and he checked the fan but then I guess he realized the problem was not from the fan so he checked several out lets and found out that one of the outlets have a loose connection! he fixed it and we ended up paying much less than we thought we have to pay . Great Service
