It went well. We were happy with the service. They were very informative and helped us a lot. They told us about a list of things that need to be fixed. It was great. The gentleman was well informed and he explained lot of the questions that we asked.

It was a good experience. He was responsive.

I had an light in my garage and it would not come on. He said there was a switch in my living room that cut on and off the light in the garage. He found that out after checking out my electrical box. Everything he did was fast and quick.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Everything was great. It was fantastic. I was quite pleased. The service was great. Everything was perfect.

On his first visit, I showed Alan the lights & timer I had purchased & explained how I planned to use them. He made some great suggestions about products I might like to use instead, so I rescheduled the appointment to allow me the time to purchase the better fixtures. He was on time, worked efficiently and I would be very happy to use this company again. I'm happy to recommend them.

A very cursory review of our electrical systems with very little feedback. The energy and interest level of the provider was extremely low.

It was okay. There were things that they didn't go beyond. He told me that there was some problems with my panel box that prompted me to get further inspection. He didn't go to details that much but it did prompt it for the action. He didn't really checked my smoke detectors so I was somewhat satisfied. I wanted to have some additional information and no one did call me to follow up.

I called five days before the service and was able to get a scheduled time the next week. Eric called about fifteen minutes before his arrival during the specified time. He completed all the requested work in less than two hours. The parts cost $86.75, and the rest ($180) was the service charge. I had been given an estimate of a larger amount for the services, so I was pleased when the actual amount turned out to be less than expected. I paid by credit card. I was pleased with all aspects of the service and would use the service again.

The Technician showed up as scheduled and began to repair the electrical outlet. He repaired the wiring and replaced the switch. With time to spare I asked him to replace other switches which he did very efficiently. Dale was very professional and also answered any questions I asked. This is the second time I've used this company and would use them again when the need arises.

Our neighbors had a ceiling fan installed and recommend CET. We wanted a fan installed in the nursery for our twins that we were expecting. Our girls came early and we brought one of them home the day before the original appointment on July 14, 2013. I really should have postponed the appointment, but the electrician, Alan, came over and noticed that we were not prepared for it and allowed us to rescheduled with out a fee. He was really pleasant and understanding. He came back on the 24th and installed it quickly and beautifully. Both times he was on time and called before he came. I would highly recommend CET for any electrical work that you have. I will definitely use them again.

This was a very professional service. However it took two trips to get all the work done. They had underestimated the time for the first service work. As there was a lot of work to do the expectation was they might not get it done on one trip. Second trip was also necessary to recheck ballasts in one light that needed additional work (no charge for that). Electricians were very focused and professional throughout. We would use them again as our last experience with electricians was not good. Unlike the last service they came out on time and performed high-level work as promised. Getting an estimate of work costs (they would not come out to do this without charging an hourly rate) was the only hassle.

We had an electrical problem. On a Sunday, American Home Shield, our homeowners warranty company, assigned Certified Electric Technologies to come out and look at our problem. As far as I know, Certified never called us. On Tuesday evening, we received an email from Certified asking if we wanted to cancel the work order since they had not heard from us. On Tuesday night,I called and left a message with the answering service asking for someone to call us on Wednesday to schedule an appointment. No one called. I called Certified. The man who answered said the woman who does the scheduling was in a meeting and would call me back when she was out of the meeting. No call. I called again and the same man again saidthe woman who does the scheduling would call me. I checked to make sure they had the correct phone number and they did. By late afternoon when no one called, I called again. The same man told me they were very busy, others were in line ahead of me, and that someone would call me sometime. I called American Home Shield and asked for another electric company.

David, from Certified Electric Technologies was held up in traffic, but kept us informed of his progress. When he arrived he went right to work on the task and finished it quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up all traces of his work completely. He was helpful and professional and friendly. David obviously knew what he was doing. We are very happy with the work and the price. Certified Electric Technologies is at the top of our list when it comes to electrical work.

Their service turned out very well. Due to my schedule, they did the work about a week off. They had earlier times, but I wasn't going to be able to be here, so they gave me the next available that worked with my schedule. It turned out to be about a week from when I bought that coupon. They were just very easy to work with, and everything was very prompt. The technician came when he was scheduled to come. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!

David was friendly and professional. He did the job quickly and cleaned up everything, including dust that was not of his making. He also noticed that one of the circuit breakers was not seating properly and went out to his truck and got a new one that he installed at no charge. He explained how everything worked and what to do if we thought that we had taken a hit.

I bought one of the Angie's list big deals for a home electrical safety inpsection. After purchase, they contacted me right away to call for an appointment. When I called, they scheduled it within several days. The electrician arrived within the window of time they provided and called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Dave did a fantastic job. He tighed up some things, helped identifiy an issue and even fixed it and he showed me where there were several more electrical outlets that had been covered up by walls the previous owner had put up.

I was very satisfied with the experience from CET. They were very professional and responsive when I called and sent out an electrician first thing the following day. He arrived on schedule and quickly set about identifying the location of the fault. He dismantled the main breaker panels and confirmed that all was well there and then started going through the various outlets in the house to see if one of these was faulty . He soon found an outlet in the dining room that was faulty and interrupting current flow to the family room, he replaced the item and power was quickly restored.

He was extremely helpful and worked hard to do the job to my specifications. He suggested alternatives to save me money and in addition to being highly competent, he was very pleasant. Will definitely use again.

When I called to make the appointment I had asked for a specific day for the job to be done and they were very good about accommadating me. The provider called to let me know he was coming. He was very professionals and appeared very knowledgable. He spent a short amount of time determining the best route to take, then proceded to lay the wire. I thought him very kind to thank me for emptying the closet and cupboard for easy access for him. He was very personable & friendly. I?m glad he was the one that came.

The office manager may have been a little abrasive with his customer service, but Dale showed up not only on time, but even a bit early. He promptly went to work and installed two ceiling fans that we already purchased and then grounded six outlets in the upstairs of our newly purchased 1947 home. A nice no-nonsense job. Despite the home's age, he performed all services promptly and we couldn't be happier. Price includes two ceiling fan rated boxes that use tension when tightened.

Allan was thorough and efficient about his work but quite chatty after the work was completed and we were being billed. He explained things to me that we were worried about and did not recommend things that were not needed. He did recommend some changes that we had not talked about, which from an electrical standpoint looked somewhat sketchy. I'm pleased to have the little details we were worried about fixed and glad to know that I could call them again if we had a bigger project.

Installation worked smoothly, timely and effectively.

I was very pleased with the service performed. Electrician was on time, courteous, helpful, and professional. He was very informative and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions as well as perform a couple of tasks that were not part of the deal however that I had the parts for. Great job!

Technition did not want to install a dual switch despite homeowners request. Did not use the full hours nor did we get a refund. The technition did not offer to reschedule for any follow-on work.

They are excellent. They are extremely responsive. The boss comes out looks at the job and informs you what it will cost in a timely manner. Their work is very good and they are competent. They do a good job cleaning up as well. They are ready to do the work upon arrival.
