We replaced an old dimmer, and CET after listening to our need, brought the right one for our needs. Second, we had a spot light that worked intermittently. CET checked the socket, replaced it and it still flickered. After looking at the switch plate wiring, it was determined that there was a week signal, and wiring and the switch were replaced.

Very smooth. The electrician was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job installing several smoke detectors and upgrading numerous outlets to grounded or GFI outlets.

I was so very impressed with Certified Electrical Technologies. Through a series of emails, they were able to walk me through to a solution to my problem. I know that some companies would have automatically just come to my house for a fee. Certified Electrical Technology graciously walked me through the problem at no charge. I will always call Certified Electrical Technologies for any electrical problems.

The technician replaced the fan quickly. Packaged up the old fan which made disposal much easier. Identified issue with older fan and disconnected line that created the issue Fan’s working beautifully

Jessie, Did a great job and I would definitely hire him again. My only problem was that I had to wait 5 days for them to come out to do the work. I guess these companies just get busy. I also was told that he would give me a 30 minute window and it took a bit longer than that. not a big deal but would have preferred him being there sooner.

It went great. The electrician went above and beyond to repair the panel and fix some other minor electrical work in the basement. He explained what he did to someone with no electrical knowledge. I felt they were professional and would recommend them to anyone. thank you!

Tech gave me a heads up call and arrived on time. He checked some troublesome switches inside and then tackled an exterior outlet. Spent some time chasing down a faulty ground that was hiding remotely (a fixture inside). He had a very pleasant attitude and kept it even thought I made a pest of myself asking questions. Extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call.

Yesterday we lost power to our internet, phone and TV as well as to a couple of lights in our basement. I was desperate and called Certified for emergency service primarily because they had been at our home on several previous occasions and completed work in a timely and professional manner so I trusted them. When I called to explain the problem, the issue was diagnosed over the phone and a solution proposed that enabled me to fix the problem without requiring an electrician coming to the house. Not only could I do the fix myself, it saved me both money and time. What an outstanding company. Customer service par excellence. The technician was okay. The whole house was not inspected as expected.

The replacement went well. We needed to have them come pack out because we were having a bit of trouble with two of them. They came out right away and fixed the issue.

Arron was courteous and professional. He got everything done well quickly and right!

Lost power to kitchen stove and microwave on a Friday night. Got an immediate response on that Friday night from Gary through the contact email on the website. He gave great advice on a temporary fix to get them working again until an appointment could be made. On Saturday office staff were very professional in setting up the appointment for Tuesday. Jesse and Patrick were on time and very professional for the Tuesday appointment. When no obvious problem could be identified, another appointment was set up for Wednesday, the next day. Jesse and Patrick were again on time and professional for the Wednesday appointment. The problem was identified, (faulty electrical work from a previous project,) and repaired after removal of some small squares of dry wall. The kitchen wall in question shares a wall with the garage. The small dry wall squares were removed on the garage side of the wall. Jesse and Patrick cleaned up after all work was completed. Will definitely call CTE if we have any other electrical problems.

Laid out problem to tech who was very attentive. He fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was totally professional.

Great service all around. The tech called the morning of to give me an ETA, and when he arrived got straight to it. He was also able to look at a couple other issues we were having. Entire job with cleanup took 2 hours. Communication was excellent, pricing was transparent and fair, and the tech was very helpful re: our other issues and my questions. Will definitely use again for electrical.

The company/technician kept me informed when he would arrive. He came in and immediately started working on the project. We asked him a couple of questions that he answered. We have used this company about 6 times and have always been pleased with the work done.

Jesse and Patrick did a fantastic job. They ran new wiring to a bathroom in order to install a GFI outlet. Repaired a few electrical issues around the house to include fixing a faulty circuit breaker, rewiring an incorrectly installed cooktop, installed 2 light fixtures, repaired an outlet that had causing issues. Our bathroom fan only worked when the light was on. Jesse moved to a separate switch and added a humidity sensor so that it will work when needed and regardless of light being on. Workmanship and professionalism were excellent. I've used Certified Electrical in the past and will continue to use them.

Got lots of good information about what looked good with our electrical and wiring and what might need some updating in addition to changing a couple of outlets (one that made a 2 prong into a 3 prong and one that had something stuck in it) and fixing our bathroom fan. I had a whole new bathroom fan kit but it turned out it just needed a new stock motor which he had on the truck and it saved us about $150 bucks when I was able to return the kit.

The technician showed up on time, took his shoes off to protect my carpet, and went straight to work. When he identified the problem he explained the issue very well and was able to fix the problem on the spot. Overall my experience was very good and I would hire them again.

Rob did a great job. Very professional, punctual, courteous. He explained what he was going to do and what couldn't be done at that time (had to come back a second time because I had the wrong fixture for the third light). I was very impressed with him. I was also very impressed with the administrative staff when I called. She was extremely pleasant and a delight to talk with. I would not hesitate to use CET again. Great company!
