Checked switches and outlets, the electrical box in the basement, fixed (replaced something) on the back porch outlet. He was professional, answered my questions, took less than an hour. All good.

They were great and we liked them. The price was good compared to somebody else we had quoted and it was better than the other guys. They really did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing.

Since this was not an emergency, we scheduled 2 weeks out for service. I received a reminder card in the mail (very helpful). At the beginning of the 4 hour service window I received a call giving me an accurate time of arrival. Electrician arrived ready to work. He was personable but businesslike. Once the problem was pinpointed, work was completed very quickly. I happened to have a part that was needed and it was no hassle to use it. I will call CET anytime I need service from now on.

The technician was very courteous and efficient. We originally thought the job would take all day as we thought we might need dedicated circuits added. Upon evaluating our needs, the tech explained that the dedicated circuits were unnecessary, which prevented drywall cutting and cut the anticipated time in half. I was very pleased with the results.

The technician called to inform me they were going to be early. They showed up 30 min early to the scheduled time and performed everything very quickly. They quoted me a price for an estimated 1.5 hours of work, but they finished within an hour. Overall very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. The technician was friendly and I would recommend them to others.

the employee called me and gave a detailed account, but he omitted a couple of things that I knew were going wrong in the house. Once I pointed them out to him -he had not detected them in the inspection- he was responsive.

I purchased the Big Deal. Two fans were installed in existing fixtures. I wanted a third installed where there was no fixture, but the installer said that he would have to cut into walls and ceiling to do it, so we decided against that.

Gary Epstein did an exceptional job in coming to estimate the job, scheduling the job (including coordination with the Fairfax County Electrical Inspectors and Dominion Virginia Power), and checking on our job satisfaction. Certified Electrical sent an e-mail to confirm the appointment, and requested a picture of my electrical panel. From the picture, they were able to determine exactly the parts I needed. They called ahead to confirm the appointment, and arrived on time. The electrician was neatly dressed, professional in all ways. He answered all my questions and installed the system without a hitch. From my perspective, a perfect service call. I will definitely be calling them again for additional work.

It was fine. I got what I paid for, I guess. It wasn't bad at all and I don't think I've had any problems with the outlets that they placed.

Heavy-up to change out 150 amp panel to 200 amp panel. On-site electricians were prompt and courteous. The initial job did not pass inspection because Montgomery County wanted to have the cable terminated sooner once in the house and wanted to have a GFCI outlet very near the new panel -- this required additional work, the majority of which Certified did not require additional payment for. On second inspection, the job passed. To be clear, I don't think that there was a problem with work quality but more that there was not an awareness of all current Code requirements, which were easily enough addressed on re-doing the work.

Came on time. Was able to use components I already had purchased. Did a professional job without wasting time.

CET did a great job replacing a pendant lamp in our two story foyer/entryway. They arrived on time and did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

Tech (Chuck) from CET called ahead to verify 9/18/2013. Arrived as scheduled and professionally completed the work. (Installation of a new over the table kitchen ceiling light). Did I mention that CET also completed work in my house the prior week. I had builder grade track lights removed in my kitchen and installation of recessed lighting. Chuck from CET viewed the area and made recommendations as to the placement of the new light. The work is complete and I'm completely satisfied with the work and the appearance of the lighting. I would and will recommend CET to my neighbors, family and friends. Thanks.

Technician was very knowledgeable! He assembled the generator and installed connecting panel (2 fuse boxes) and even accompanied my husband to home depot to buy appropriate extension cord. This was a time-consuming job and we were very pleased with the process. We have yet to try out the generator, but look forward to the task! We've used CET of Gaithersburg for numerous projects: attic fan installment, indoor and outdoor fixtures (replacement) and indoor bathroom exhaust fan. They are consummate professionals, thank you!

The installer came on time and explained the work. He then took about 30min. install the surge protector on the fuse box. I asked him a few additional questions about some other electrical concerns in our house and he was happy to answer them.

It worked out pretty good. I had to pay extra 35$ for the bracket so that they had to put the flush with the surge protector itself. They came out a week later I purchased the deal. The service didn't take that much and the person who came over was very good. The only thing is I had to take pictures of the electric panel so they could mount the surge protector on. That's the only downside to it. The reason I gave them a grade of "B" for overall it's because I thought I wouldn't have to pay for an extra charge for the bracket, I thought it was also part of the deal.

All went fine. Showed up on time and performed work as contracted.
