Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for a home electrical inspection. I was having trouble with my circuit breakers, and the technician Dave was able to quickly diagnose my problem. He was very helpful and friendly, and he provided me with ways to alleviate the issues. The company itself was very responsive, and they were able to send Dave out within a few days of my calling. Great job! I would definitely call them again, should I have additional electrical issues.

Description of Work: Extremely professional company. The technician called me 15 minutes prior to arrival and when he arrived he was very polite and easy to talk to. He inspected every outlet inside and outside of my house, he crawled into the attic and crawlspaces to check out all the wiring. He also checked all of my smoke detectors. I will definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: though they did a good job on putting the fans up the remotes did not work properly and had to call them back to fix that. it turned out that one remote was not working. They did give me a loaner but did not come back to fix it when I got a new one. I had to call someone else to do that

Perhaps due to length of time since the service, the subscriber has forgotten what transpired. We installed 2 customer supplied ceiling fans and one of the fans remote control receiver was defective. Not only did we lend the subscriber a remote control unit so the fan could be used, but came back to install the replacement (which we did not supply) AT NO CHARGE. Perhaps the subscriber forgot, perhaps the subscriber is unappreciative for the superior service that we provided. In either event, the subscriber's account of our service is false and the rating should have been A+.

The device protects everything electrical in a home from Lightning and Surges and comes backed with a full lifetime warranty (parts and labor). It also comes with a $25,000 protected equipment warranty from the manufacturer all for less than $200. It is quite simply the least expensive insurance you can buy for your home and they really work. We have NEVER had a client sustain a loss after one of these units has been installed. No home should be without one of these units

Description of Work: May be confused, but believe we paid for an electrical inspection. They came on time, were thorough and polite, suggested some changes. We did not pursue further at that time because we are planning a house remodeling. Once that decided, then will consider them and the electric changes they suggested.

Description of Work: I liked everything about the whole house safety inspection that was done except that we felt a little pressured to buy the whole house surge protection the electrician touted. I am sure he is right that it's a great thing to do but it was a bit pricey and we were looking to make sure everything we had in place was working safely. Other than that it was a good experience.

Description of Work: Repair a chandelier light that was not working and rewire two other fixtures. This was a bit of a complex job because our house is wired extensively and through radio switching and multi location switches. Dave, the electrician from CET did everything perfectly. He was also courteous and punctual. I can speak to their competence a bit better than most because I am a Electrical Power Engineer myself and was present when the work was done. Description of Work: Certified Electrical Technologies replaced the fittings (above-ground sections) of four exterior landscaping lights. A company representative went to extra effort to try to help me identify the manufacturer/model of the existing lights. Ultimately I identified them through an internet search instead, but he did try! The technician showed up on time, was efficient and neat, and also did a couple of minor tasks for me to fill out the balance of the time on the Big Deal two hours I had purchased.
