Description of Work: Fixed some loose wires on my ceiling, took down an battery-operated smoke detector (whose battery was dying), and installed a new one I had purchased a year prior. This all happened in an extremely timely manner, and the whole operation took less than half an hour.

Although the overwhelming number of AL subscribers that purchase the AL 10 Point Safety Inspection find value in learning more about their electrical system and potential safety issues, it is amazing that some people not only do not understand what they are purchasing (an inspection) but then are angry that we will not perform their list of projects when onsite. This promotion is an Inspection only. It does not include any installation or repairs. If our tech identifies minor issues he will offer to repair them at additional expense. If the repairs are more involved, he will provide a quote and offer to schedule an appointment. As the subscriber indicates, the tech identified a number of outlets that were not working. He offered to arrange an appointment, but the subscriber declined. Like all of these inspection, we followed up with a emailed summary of what the tech identified and asked if the subscriber wished to schedule an appointment. She did not respond. Reading and understanding the specifics of a promotion are important and if there are any questions, we are happy to answer them before, during or after the appointment.
