Description of Work: The technician took down the old ceiling fan and installed a new one in the master bedroom. He called 15 minutes in advance and arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was finished in a timely manner and took the time to look at some other electrical work I need to have done.

Description of Work: I had used them before and had a good experience. The gentleman who came was professional and knowledgeable. He discerned exactly what I wanted to do and proceeded to do it--hiding some wiring between kitchen lights the first visit and hanging a new porch light on the second trip (along with changing out some outlets to control fan speed and light dimming). He knew when to ask questions and had good explanations of how and why things worked (others had told me it wasn't really possible to do some of the things).
