We have them scheduled to come out again to do some more work. They were prompt and professional. Their price was good. The price was less than what they quoted us. They finished the work before they had told us what it would take.

From the first call to Certified Electical Technologies to the completion of the work, I was very satisfied! They listened carefully to the problems I was having, quickly set up a day for service and offered an estimate. All was followed up by an e-mail. The service was performed quickly, efficiently and under the estimate price! Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks for the great job!

They were supposed to come a week earlier and had to reschedule. They sent someone asap, even though they don't have any hours on Saturday. The initial contact seemed a little rough on the edges, but the individual that came out was very nice. They were very professional and came on time. The technician knew what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. Because the existing light had a pull cord to turn on the light, we were worried they would have to do a ton of work to install a new switch, however, the technician installed the light with a remote. We really liked his solution to the project.

Never got them to reply to set the work up despite two emails and a phone call.

The technician arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner. He was polite and professional.

They installed a photocell in October, 2011. When it appeared to not function properly a few months later, they came back and fixed the problem.

Services were done quickly and correctly. He was patient with our 4 year old son telling transformer stories and was friendly, knowledgable and professional.

I purchased an Angies List Deal for 2 hours worth of work - the biggest problem was finding enough for him to do because he finished so quickly!!

My initial call to the company was excellent. I spoke with Dustin regarding everything I wanted to have done. He was awesome, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was putting my home in good hands. It took about a week or so to get an appointment due to the amount of work I wanted to have done. They sent out two electricians Dave and Alan, both electricians were very pleasant and professional. It was about six hours of work in the end. They completed everything I wanted and did an exceptional job. They were sure to discuss all the options with me prior to installing the recessed lighting and reviewed all the work with me after completion. I was very pleased, and the final charge was less than the initial estimate. I was sure to use my Angie's List coupon and they were happy to take it, I saved $100. It was an overall great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company or use them again. Great work!

Overall it went very smoothly and I got my money's worth. I will call Certified Electrical Technologies again if needed.

I found them from Angie's List. They were satisfactory. They gave me a half-price deal at $125 for 2 hours of service, which would normally be at $250. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He took care of my problem and they followed up with a letter and discount on the next service. I would use them again.

I called and set up the appointment--they asked for as long a list of needs as I could come up with to be sure I fully used my time block. The electrician arrived on the specified day and in the timeblock identified (would be nice if that part could get a little sharper, but it is the standard). He promptly set to work, asked me to show him all of the problems since they might have been inter-related and worked through the problems quickly and effectively. Everything I asked for was completed in two short hours--a great day in my view.

Picking Certified was a right choice from the start. I filled out a online service request form, and got a phone call next day to confirm the exact work needed and set the appointment day and time. The company even sent a reminder post card couple days before the appointment date. On the day of the appointment, the electrician called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived little earlier than the time. The quality and speed of the work were both superb. The electrician and I had a pleasant conversation about various topics while he was working. Our talk did not slow his work down in anyway, it just made it pleasant. Part of the work required running wires to the fuse box and he finished much faster than I was expecting. In all, I could not see my self hiring another company for any future electrical work. The people at Certified are friendly and professional. The cost was less than expected, but quality was in no way compromised. They sent me a refrigerator magnet and I just checked to make sure it was still on our refrigerator as I was writing this review.

the technician was excellent, courteous and professional., very good at explaining various problems.

I called Certified Electrical Technologies because of several issues. I was unable to use my kitchen recessed lights because they were blowing bulbs and one was misaligned. So the electrician, Eric repaired them and put in new trims with the eye ball adjustment. Because my house is older and the floors in the attic (where the recessed lights are) are partly missing this is not an easy thing to do. Also he repaired a couple of junction boxes and checked on a few other things. He attempted to change my upstairs bathroom light vanity but the new light didn't quite fit so I have to save that job for another time.

CET did a good job and was able to sovle our problems fairly quickly. I would easily use them again.

I had a great experience with this vendor. Scheduling the work was ffast and easy. Dave the electrician that came to my house was very good, friendly and thorough. He answered my questions and explained the work he was doing. He is very fast too!. He was prompt and called before getting to my house as agreed and was there on time. I would recomend them to anyone needing electrical work done at their house. Truly service with a smile!

Overall, it was an excellent experience. .Initially, a verbal estimate was provided Dustin. Both Rob and Dustin were exstremely profrssional. Rob did a great job and completed the work well below the initial estimate. I will be workr wotking with these guys very soon on some other electrical projects I have been deferring as I did not have a good electrician. Now that I found Certified Electric, i feel confident that my other home electrical projects will go very smoothly.I storngly recommend these guys.

My husband and I recently purchased a home. One of our wish list items was to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Unfortunately, our bedroom did not have overhead lighting. We contracted the servies of Certified Electrical Technologies to install a ceiling fan. The electrician showed up on time, walked me through the steps of running the electrical line to the ceiling, and gave me options to consider. After deciding on a course of action, he worked quickly to make our dream a reality. When he was finished, the room was swept clean, all debris was removed, and the ceiling fan worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for respectful electricians to come in to your home.

Allen phoned ahead and arrived on time. He did the work without fuss or drama, and fixed both the issues I had. He was courteous and professional. Excellent experience.

The technician came on time,and worked from a list of electrical repairs that we needed. He was very efficient, and repaired sockets and installed switches both inside and outside. He repaired a canister ceiling lamp in the kitchen which had never worked during our 18 years of living in this house! So we were very pleased with his work. We contracted for 2 hours and he completed his work in this time. All around a good experience.

Contacted Certified and Dustin handled my call. As I had two hours of work I went over the different tasks I wanted accomplished. He asked for photos of the under the sink, the kitchen locations of the wall switch and the panel. We discussed the task and he informed me the task could take two hours to accomplish pending the access to everything. We then scheduled the appointment on Saturday which was a bonus to us. The electrician on site was Dave and although initially late was great to work with. Very professional, answered all my questions and willing to get done as much as we could in the two hours. Dave was able to hook up the garbage disposal pretty quick due to the existing wiring and checked the panel. We then moved on to the outside and he replaced a bad GFI in the front yard as well as checked out the sensing box that controlled the yard lights. He then checked out the backyard photo-cell light system for functionality. The last thing worked on was adding a GFI in the garage. Overall great experience working with Dustin and Dave. Would use them again. Spent $125.00 for the Angie list special, plus the $25.00 in additional parts.
