GREAT! Technician arrived on time. Unpacked fans, installed, placed extra pieces and old ceiling lamps in boxes. Cleaned up. Afterwards, except for seeing the fans, there was no trace of anyone ever being in the house. That's service!

It was excellent! The guy was good, he arrived on time and he gave good advice. Every question I had he explained it to me, he took his time and he was very professional! I plan to call him back!

David is a very nice and competent guy, I am very pleased with the work. He did the job very efficiently.

The Technician was quick, very easy to work with, and couldn't have been more professional. He handled the work with ease, including climbing a very tall and heavy ladder outside more than once to troubleshoot a few floodlights.

When calling for an estimate, the representative was courteous, understood what I wanted done and was fairly accurate with the estimate. When I called to make the appointment, I reconfirmed their priceing and was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. The electrician, David L. called prior to arriving and arrived within the time frame window scheduled. He was pleasant and did the job within a reasonable time frame and professionaly. I will use Certified Electrical Technologies for my next electrical needs.

After a discussion of the extent of the drilling in the ceiling that would be required to complete the project as originally planned, we decided to use the coupon elsewhere in the house. It actually worked out so much better for us. We used the coupon to install one fixture in the stairwell going upstairs, one in the second bathroom and two in the master bathroom. The word was completed with no additional cost to us. It worked out great. The electrician was knowledgable and professional. He explained things very thoroughly.

We have had Certified Electrical Technologies out to our home at least three times. They are so good that we do not plan to ever use a different electrician. We have had them replace electrical outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and fan in our attic. They are polite, efficient, and affordable. Shortly after they replaced our attic fan it broke. They were more than happy to come out and fix it for us. I think it is important that they stand behind their work.

The work was completed in a timely manner and was done correctly.

The first person I spoke to was friendly enough, but when the electrician called me back to make the appointment, I had a lot of questions and he seemed somewhat short with me. The project was also going to be a lot more involved than I anticipated so I ended up requesting a refund rather than hire them.

We have been lucky to have the same technician - Rob -with each visit as he was a very conscientious professional who tried to complete each job correctly the first time. During the latest visit, Rob tried to install a new exhaust fan in our bathroom since the replacement motor failed, though it was not for a lack of trying. When each effort to custom-make the motor failed he suggested that a new fan was probably in order. We agreed and proceeded to order and have installed a new exhaust fan which is quiet and more efficient! This is the fourth time we have employed CET and we will continue to call them for all our electrical needs. Not only is CET a model company, the pricing is superior to all other companies. You instinctively feel that you are not being taken advantage of which is not the case for many service-oriented companies.

Everything went smoothly, from getting questions answered to the actual installation. No problems were encountered. This was an Angie's List Big Deal; the regular full price for installation would have been on the high side for us.

David was very knowledgeable, and did the work asked for efficiently and well. My wife and I were very pleased.

The entire process from paying for the coupon, setting up the appointment, getting the job done exactly when scheduled, and the inspection being done professionally made this a totally stress free transaction.I am very, very satisfied.

It was wonderful! When I called for an appointment, they took my information and got an idea of the work I needed to have done. They gave me a reasonably accurate estimate and explained that they operate on a time and materials basis. They sent me a postcard to remind me of the time and date of the appointment which included the contact numbers in case I needed to cancel or reschedule. The technician called 30 minutes in advanced, as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made some excellent suggestions as to the best (i.e. easiest and fastest = cheapest) placement of the outlets. He demonstrated that each of them worked and showed me how to use the fan and light. After the requested work was done, I asked him to look at a bathroom exhaust fan that wasn't working as well as it used to. He explained the probably problem, helped me find the part number and showed me how I could replace the part myself when it comes in, so I may not need to ask them to come out again.. I am definitely keeping them in my phone book!

Allen did an excellent job. He also told me a bit about the company and its transformative business practices of allowing people to telecommute from the WEst Coast and in Pittsburgh rather than to lose two good employees when they moved. I called Gary th owner and asked him to send another electrician (Dave ) to my check out my church in DC! Dave also was timely and professional.

The technician was pleasant and went straight to work. He completed the work quickly and answered all of my questions during. When I asked him about an outlet problem, he offered to install it free of charge, which he did quickly after the initial job. The charge was exactly what the estimate said it would be. I plan to use this company for future electrical work and have already received an estimate for this work.

They were very efficient and the electrician knew what he was doing. He had no problems doing just what he was supposed to and everything worked out fine. I've used the box on the deck outside many times. I plan on using this company again in the future.

The electrician was very professional and provided excellent service. The two fans were installed within two hours. All work was done with care and efficiency. This was almost 1.5 years ago and have not had any issues.

Overall it was a very good experience and we will definitely use them in the future. They were very good about following up after the job as well.

We had been planning on upgrading the lights in this room for a few years but never got around to it. When I saw the half-price coupon on Angie's List for one hour of electrical work, I decided to make the appointment. I also wanted an estimate for running power to a large shed in our back yard. I was surprised to learn that there was over a month's wait required but went ahead and took the first available appointment. They gave me an estimate for the recessed lighting and said that the electrician who did that job would also write up an estimate for the shed. Within a day or two, the company send a post card reminder. Eric, the electrician, arrived precisely on time and got to work immediately. He had all the necessary tools and equipment and did the job promptly and professionally. He had to remove some decking from the attic to run the new wiring and he did that readily, without complaining. He answered my questions in a friendly manner and several times checked with me before proceeding on to the next phase of the job. Eric also discussed the options for running power to the shed and wrote up an estimate. The lighting job came in slightly lower than the estimate. We paid with a VISA card, again, no problems/concerns. We will definitely call this company again for electrical work.

We had the folks install a whole home surge protector and an electrical outlet under the sink upstairs. The gentleman who performed the work was on time, pleasant, efficient and very nice to our dog who was being quite the pain that day. The only minor complaint I can register is that there was a bit of debris left over that should have been cleaned and thrown away but all in all I would highly recommend them or use them again.

I called and got a speedy response. Scheduled the apt. Technician came out on time. Reviewed scope of work. They completed al. Work in a professional manner and were courteous. I would call them again.

The tech I had did a great job. Porchlight was a little complicated so took extra time over the AL coupon I had. Without the coupon labor rate is a little high, but both jobs for me were high quality and I would definately consider them again for future.
