When I spoke to them on the initial call, I was able to ask questions. They were aware of county permits that may be needed for certain work and briefly discussed tbat with me. I asked about a fee for showing up and they were upfront with me. Carl was very polite, professional, prompt, thorough and respectful. He explained everything to us and kindly answered our questions. He mentioned they itemize their estimates which is a big plus. Very good experience.
