They did a wonderful job. They arrived about 20 minutes ahead of schedule, and completed the inside first, since I had to leave the house at a certain time. They took four hours when a 6 hour estimate had been given. They were quick, careful, thorough, friendly and responsive to my questions and schedule. All of the furniture was carefully moved and replaced and there was not a drop of water inside on anything. This is the second time I have had them do the windows and screens and would definitely call them again.

They were excellent. The quality of their work is very good. They were thorough and quick. They came out quickly, I called and they came out the next day. They did what I asked and the price was reasonable.

They come during the day and have the work done and leave a bill for me. My communication with them has been over the telephone and they seemed to be professional, responsive and punctual. They do a good job and their prices are reasonable.

I think the service was ok, since they have come out I have only had to clean the downspouts one time. Their estimates were also reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent, they called back right away and came out right away. They were maybe a little high priced. The work was good and done on time. I would consider using them again.

They charge $95 for the gutters. They charge $260 for the window cleaning. There have been some issues that I have called them back for, but they came back and fixed them immediately. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

I've been very pleased with them. They do a punctual and thorough job. They check in before leaving to make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. I will continue to use them for future service. The approximate cost listed includes an Angie's List discount and is what is paid per visit.

Peter came to give an estimate a few days before, which we found acceptable. He was able to schedule the cleaning at my convenience (I had to call him a day ahead of the scheduled time to change it, and he was very responsive and accommodating). The crew came on time and had such a great technique- they worked very well together. The job was done faster than I thought possible (about 1 1/2-2 hours), with no streaks or problems. I took the screens to clean them myself, and the cleaners took care to reinstall them (I wasn't paying them for that as part of the estimate), remembering where each one went.

There was about a 2 week delay from the time we requested the service until completion due to the weather and the busy season. They called ahead with a day and time, came exactly when they said they would and completed the job efficiently and quickly.

The two workers were thorough and paid attention to detail. They put in extra time as i had not asked them originally to do all the power washing, and they stayed late to finish this. i did have to remind them that some of the green growth on the roof was not removed, and they made sure to power-wash the area again. They were polite and helpful. Only one spoke good English, the other appeared to be less experienced, but over all i would say their work was very good.

I am glad to find a company that takes care of this kind of work because I don't want to have to be up that high in the air. They do a great job and I think they are always friendly and courteous when they are in my home. Our entire neighborhood uses their services, which says something about the quality of their work.

I was happy with the work done. He cleaned up all the debris and he was on time with the appointment. I have no complaints on his service or professionalism. I would definitely recommend his services.

I got home and the gutters were already cleaned (they arrived two hours early)! There was a pile of debris that I had to remind them to pick up. But the porch gutter is now working again. They did a fine job.

The windows and screens looked great when they were finished. I would recommend them to others and plan to use them again.

They call you right back. They have cleaned my gutters for a while. They left an invoice on my door and I had misplaced it so I called them back and they were fine with it. They do good work.

Price was slightly higher than one other quote I received, but performance was excellent all around. Estimator returned my voice mail promptly and provided the estimate when promised. Two-man crew showed up well within the promised two hour window, worked quickly and neatly (even wore covers over shoes inside the house,) finished in a little under an hour. Windows look great; no streaks or smudges and no spot uncleaned.

They did not clean my skylights to my satisfaction. A sticky residue remained and within a couple of days the skylights looked dirty. When I asked them to return to make it right, they complained and were very short and disrespectful toward me. I will not use them again.

The workman were on time, courteous and efficient. I was impressed that they wore paper booties over their shoes to protect the home owner's floors/carpets. They were prompt in replacing a window pane that was cracked slightly from the cleaning. Also, the company honored the original price quote, despite an under-estimation on their part (the windows were double paned). Josh Capon was courteous, responsive (phone/email)and reasonable. I plan to sign up for a regular window cleaning schedule with Capon.

Capon did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They gave us a detailed price quotation and were friendly and professional about setting up an appointment to do the work. On the day the work was scheduled, the truck broke down, and they were unable to come. They contacted us to let us know about the problem and promptly rescheduled for another day and gave us a discount because they hadn't been able to make the first appt.

THEY WERE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE QUITE CHEAP AND PROMPT. THEY WERE EXPERIENCED TOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO A FRIEND.
