Description of Work: Cleaned windows inside and outside, window screens, and screens on a screened porch. I asked them to keep soap out of a backyard pond near some of the rear windows, and they were careful to do that. We have used Capon annually for many years and are very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Wow - business must be good for Capon Cleaning. Called and spoke with a professional service rep who said that the person who would provide an estimate would call me back because he was on the phone. That was three days ago and I am still waiting for the call ... moving on to a business that is truly interested in my business - cleaning fifty plus windows inside and out twice a year for the next ten or so years.

Description of Work: I was surprised by Capon's lack of response, as they were highly recommended by friends and also have high ratings on Angie's List. On two consecutive days, I left messages with all required information on the residential cleaning line but received no response. On the third day, I called again (against my better judgment) and tried another extension. This time I reached someone and was told that they had received my messages but were so busy that they hadn't had time to return my call. I also was told that I could not get an estimate (let alone any actual cleaning) for two weeks. I am curious about how they got such high ratings in responsiveness. Perhaps they are not interested in new clients.
