Capitol Iron Works

I contacted Capital Iron Solutions for advice on how to refurbish the side stairs and railings outside my home and obtain an estimate. The paint is peeling and the staircase is unbecoming As requested I sent pictures and a description of what I needed done. I received a called immediately the next day and spoke with I believe Jorge. He asked questions for clarification and stated he would get back to me since he needed to clarify if they did this type of work. He got back to me immediately the next day. He shared with me what most likely needed to be done and made some recommendations. Although this was not work this company does, the time and advice I was given was invaluable. And how nice he was. I felt that I was heard and felt disappointed that I would not be able to work with Capital Iron Solutions. . I was impressed with their promptness, kindness, thoughtfulness and concern even though I would not be their client. If I needed work done that they do I would not hesitate contacting them again.

We had an unusual project where we removed half walls and replaced with white horizontal railings across the floor and down the stairs. We contacted several vendors with no reply and then we found Capital Iron. They helped complete our vision, solve problems of sloping floors, old house issues. They were unbelievably conscientious in making sure the project was done right and to our satisfaction. Their workers are professional and their service is excellent as well as the final product. We couldn't be more pleased. Rated the price good instead of excellent because iron work is expensive so it's hard to feel great about that aspect!

Arrived as promised. Worked efficiently and professionally. Left job site in excellent shape. Crew was very knowledgeable and friendly.
