Mark is very knowledgeable of local housing market which is very helpful and important to somebody like us who just moved in and are new to this area. The information helps the new comers to understand the characteristics of each neighborhood and subdivision so to choose the best fit to their interest. He set up an automatic search based on the pre-determined criteria and narrowed down to a handful listings to visit each time based on our availability. Being a licensed home improvement agent, he can give very informative comments on each house upon walking through with us and helped us to estimate a realistic house value and the potential cost of repair or improvement. He never ever pushed. It does not mean that he does not have an opinion. He will let us to make an informative decision. He drafted the contract carefully based on the specific situation to gain the winning opportunity while protecting the buyers' interest. He negotiated on our behalves effectively to secure the deal. He helped to follow through the process from the contract signing to the closing and reminded us every single step ahead of time. While the local market is still very competitive and some neighborhoods are even sellers' markets, he helped us find and secure the dream house. Well done, Mark!
Description of Work: Mark Zhao from BMI is the buyer agent for our recent house purchase. It has been a long journey, but Mark took it as an opportunity for him to demonstrate this professionalism to help us through. A report was filed on my behalf when an Angie's List representative asked for a recommendation on my recent experience a couple weeks ago. This report is a follow-up with detail.
