Description of Work: They were called out and told us we needed one new motor and four new boards because something was interferring with the signals. First, "the parts didn't come in several times, then they couldn't get here that day. I am 75 and have trouble walking. I had to get in and out of the car to open and close the doors. My door is still very slow to get the signal and I felt the price was high.

Description of Work: Garage door would not close all the way. "Fixed" it with a warning that it needed to be replaced. Their analysis was correct but while they said it would last 2-3 times, it failed us within the week. In addition, they came 3 hours after they said they would arrive. I found the company to be unreliable and would not use them for the additional work.

Description of Work: I just got an estimate, but that was enough of a turn off. I told the guy what type of door I wanted, and he basically said I don't want that, I want this type of door, and they can install it the next day for 1950. I told him I wanted to get a few other estimates, and he said he would knock 50 dollars off if I installed next day. Well, after getting 2 other estimates, I can see why he was so pushy. He was way over priced. I actually got the door I wanted from another company at the same price Beltway Doors was offering...and it is in general a more expensive door. I didn't not like the pushiness or the disregard from what I actually wanted to have installed. I would not recommend them. Way overpriced...
