Description of Work: finished in one day- went fabulously. | |It helped that we prepared for them by removing wood panel wall, sink and toilet, and cleared all the storage material away from the walls prior to their arrival. | |They cut the foundation, placed in drains, new sump pump, recemented and done. All materials brought in and carried out debris. cleaned up beautifully | |We had four days of torrential rains two weeks after their work and not one drop of water in the basement. First time in 20 years.

Description of Work: I thought that I had a huge basement leak problem and took them up on their offer of so many $'s of work and an inspection for a lesser amount of money. |There were no issues and they refunded the money less the inspection. They advised me that it was more of a mold issue and recommended another company, Mold Gone, who came in and took care of the job.

Description of Work: 2 front walls of basement were stripped to cement blocks. About ten inches of floor drilled out and pipes and a sump Pump installed, and cement filled. This caused any water leaking in to be caught in the pipes and pumped out of the house. | |I am sure they did a lot of things to facilitate this. They did not move anything back because the cement was wet for about 48 hours.

Description of Work: The technician did not show up for the appointment after I waited more than two hours for the person. No one called to apologize for the inconvenience or to reschedule the appointment. I am not so upset that the contractor missed the appointment -- mistakes happen -- but I am disappointed that I did not receive a courtesy call to acknowledge the mistake -- especially since I notified the office manager, Brian, that technician missed the appointment.

This review is not legitimate. I remember speaking to this member, who was very angry on the phone, and I explained that we never had an appointment set with him. I offered to get out to him asap, even though this was not our fault, but he denied the offer. This was his mistake, not ours. We have 99% A reviews when we complete the job, and this is obviously not the way our company would handle a customer This is why Angie's members should be wary of reviews where there is no work completed, because of situations like this. If the member would like to call me directly at 1-800-800-5799 (we don't have his phone number in our database, because an appointment was never set,) I would try my best to help remedy the situation.

Description of Work: After two episodes of water in our basement we called Basement Technologies. They came out and inspected our basement and gave us a quote to install French drains and a sump pump. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Our water problem turned out to be a broken underground drain pipe so no other repair was needed. If the problem had persisted we would have definitely used Basement Technologies,

Several months and several calls and emails later, they still have not provided me with the final paid statement that I need for my warranty.

We thank you for the great review. However i am confused as to the statement about the warranty. Our company does not require a receipt of work for the warranty to go into affect. As soon as your job is completed your warranty is in full affect. Your job is logged into our system along with your transferable warranty. If any warranty work would ever be needed. You simply call or email us with your address. When selling the house we then will furnish you with a transferable document for the new homeowner. I hope this clears up any confusion about the warranty. please feel free to email me with any questions. I believe your husband has my correct email address, as the last email I have received was from him regarding the bucket left behind. Thank you for everything .
