The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They didn't scratch any walls or damage any furniture. They did a great job remembering what room each piece of furniture came from, so unloading the truck went quickly as well.

Approximately eight months ago Bargain Movers moved me from my home. They placed my belongings in storage. Last week they moved me into a condo and unpacked a lot of my things. .I cannot say enough about Luis Cardenas, the owner of Bargain Movers. He is reasonable, peasant, hard-working and very professional. During the time my things were in storage I needed to access the storage-unit to measure a bookcase. On three occasions he provided access. Once he even measured the bookcase himself so i would not have to go there. As my move-in date approached I had an emergency and had to change the date at the last minute. He understood and was very accommodating, moving my date one week forward. All of his employees are pleasant, and hard-working. They make every effort to please you and to keep the move-in experience as pleasant as possible. Nothing was broken and after eight long months everything is in my new home. Don't think about it, hire them now for your next move!

Bargain Movers was the key to a smooth move from our condo into our new townhouse. The staff was professional and friendly. They asked several questions to ensure they were packing the correct items and, when we got to the new place, placing items in the correct room. They arrived a little early to get the truck parked and get set up so they could start at 8AM on the dot. It was raining the day we moved so when we arrived to our new place, they put down the red carpet to protect our hardwoods! This helped capture some of the dirt too. We bought our own plastic covers for the carpet/stairs since we didn't order it through Bargain. The crew was very mindful of the walls - no dings or scratches! (Very thankful for that since we just had the whole house painted!) We are so very pleased with the entire experience. Luis and Martina answered any and all questions! If we move again, Luis will be my first call.

Three professional, clean-cut and strong gentlemen moved my household goods in less than 4 hours. They were very careful with my furniture throughout the move. I would definitely use Bargain Movers again.

I had a very positive experience with Bargain Movers. The company is small and local, and I feel that because of this, I could communicate readily. I had a very clear understanding of expectations, pricing, scheduling, and the moving day process. I had to push back the move date because of anticipated bad weather and it was not a problem. I had no real surprises in cost at the end, which I think reflects the quality of the estimate done beforehand. I feel that the cost is comparable to other moving companies in the area that run legitimately (paying their workers a fair wage, providing insurance, etc.), but I do think that the moving quotes in the entire metro area is relatively high. That being said, Bargain Movers is not outrageously expensive nor the cheapest. The three men who moved all of my stuff were punctual, very courteous and professional. They worked non-stop for 7 straight hours without lunch so that the job could end within the estimated time. I would definitely recommend the company.

Moving is never fun, but they made it as smooth as they could. Most of all, they are concerned with preventing damage to your belongings or your home. They treat your things the way you would want them to be treated.

They were very easy to work with. Their quote come in exactly the way we had expected. There were no surprises. The move was great.

Luis the manager/owner was very responsive and friendly. He was recommended by another provider on Angie's list that was set up for more commercial and larger jobs. I only needed some packing, as I had done most of it, and packing it all in a pod. They were punctual and very thorough in packing all my belongings. They provided whatever materials I was missing. They packed the pod well enough that everything fit and in the time we had estimated. The test of their packing is also how everything arrived. Everything arrived safe! Thank you

Everything went smoothly. Martina answered all of our questions on the phone and made it easy to schedule an in-home estimate. Luis came to provide the estimate, which turned out to be accurate. They sent a crew of three men to pack us up the first day and move us the second day at a relatively reasonable hourly rate compared to other local moving companies. At all times the crew was careful and considerate and worked quickly and diligently. We had sought several estimates and chose Bargain Movers not only because they quoted us the lowest price but also because our close friends had hired them recently and recommended them highly to us. We have done several full-pack-and-moves over the years, and Bargain Movers was one of?if not the?best moving companies that we have worked with.

Movers were on time and were finished in the estimated item frame. They were courteous at all times and careful handling all items.

Bargain movers was great. From the start, they were flexible with scheduling and responsive. During the on-site estimate, they gave suggestions on ways we could cut costs and save time. They even gave us some extra moving boxes before we selected them to move our house (anyone who is moving knows how valuable a couple extra boxes can be!). We had actually decided to go with another moving company who had a similar estimate, but they were closed (or at least didn't respond) during the Columbus Day weekend. Since we were anxious to make a decision, we went with our #2 choice, which was Bargain Movers. I'm glad we did. They were available over the weekend and committed to our move dates (which were less than 2 weeks away). The move went smoothly, the guys worked hard and quickly, and even packed up some of the things we had forgotten to box up. We moved out of a 4-bedroom house and moved locally to another, with a day of storage in between. There was not a single broken item (except for something which was old and may have been broken before the move). The estimate (based on time and number of guys working) was spot on. Coincidentally, the person from whom we had bought our new house had also used Bargain Movers to move out, so they were familiar with the house, having been there just the day before. My only slight downgrade on professionalism was due to some notable tension between a couple of the movers. Still, that didn't detract from their work or their performance. I would definitely use them again if I had a need.

We hired Bargain Movers to help us move our furniture, boxes, and belongings from our old house to our new house. It was a same day, local move in which they loaded our belongings on the truck(s) in the morning and unloaded them in the afternoon. Everyone we spoke with or met was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The movers were careful with our belongings, pleasant to work with, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the owner, staff, and crew. The owner contacted me via phone within hours of my online request for an estimate. Mr. Cardenas gave me a summary of his company and patiently spoke with me about the service I was looking for and what he could provide. After giving an inventory of items to be moved, we both agreed it was not necessary for him to come give an in-home estimate. His fees were very reasonable and there were no extra hidden costs, he was upfront and honest with the charges and set a realistic standard for my expectations. As promised, Martina (the company's assistant) contacted me the day prior to confirm our move and the time the crew would show up. The Crew was 10 minutes early, which was great, and ready to start working immediately. They introduced themselves and walked through the house with me so I could show them all items to be moved. They efficiently padded and wrapped our furniture, and loaded the truck ensuring our items were secured and protected. I was impressed with their work, but even more impressed with how they treated me and my mother, with courtesy, respect, and just an overall pleasant attitude the entire time. There was no damage done to the house or our furniture. When I offered them something to drink, they were grateful and even respectful enough to consume their beverages on the front porch, being careful not to take any liquids inside. It's not often that I encounter a business anymore that holds the values and morals I was raised on, Mr. Cardenas and his employees are an exception and I was very grateful for their service.

They stayed in touch with me. Was very punctual, very experienced, worked very hard to not add any more time to estimate. Listened to my requests and were very courteous and handled all my items with care.

Bargain movers were fantastic. Hire them. We had a full 2BR apartment with a bunch of furniture, boxes, mattresses, etc.; they showed up early, and completed the job in 4 hours (we expected 5 hours+), which included navigating a large truck through some very narrow streets. The crew took great care to ensure not to scratch newly refinished floors and recently painted walls, and there wasn't a ding, scratch or dent on any of our belongings. Communication throughout the process was seamless and everyone we encountered were nice, professional, and most importantly - helpful. It also helped that the price (above amount includes tip) came in well below several quotes for similar services that we received.

My furniture was not fancy but I had a lot of very heavy boxes of books and book shelves which the movers moved carefully and without complaint. At my new home had two heavey desks and a couch that I wanted upstairs, which didn't look like they could fit up past the bend in the staircase, but the moves were determined to try and though it was difficult they managed it without scratching the walls. I asked them to bring boxes for my lamps, but the wrong boxes were sent with the movers and one lamp did break. For that $25 was removed from my bill. I also had a inexpensive metal filing cabinet that was slightly dent, but the dent was enough to make the drawer difficult to open. The movers worked long and hard trying to fix the drawer without success, but the next day the company sent out their special handy man and he did fix the filing cabinet. Needless to say I was very pleased. I had neglected to remove my files from the 3 cabinets, all of which I wanted upstairs, so they were very very heavy, but again the movers took it in stride. The movers themselves, and everyone I dealt with at the company was very courteous, and i really appreciated the extra steps they took to satisfy me.

They showed up on time (a few minutes early). The movers were courteous and they were very careful with our belongings. The move took longer than they had anticipated but they never mentioned that and did not rush to try to finish. Their price for the move was about 2/3 of the other estimate we got, and the service was excellent.

Luis is the owner and he was also the estimator. He was honest, explained everything, polite and upbeat. He was a pleasure to talk to and was very competent. He was also realistic with the amount we had to move and did not sugar coat anything either. He was flexible and brought us 2 deliveries of boxes ahead of time so we could start packing ourselves. His crew was his actual employees and I liked that they were not contracted out. Their packing was completely acceptable. They were pleasant, funny, and worked very h****** a very hot day. The overall price was reasonable and was in align with the initial estimate. I would also like to add that I would email him over the weekends with questions, with the expectation to get answer on Monday, but he replied to me that night. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

Excellent! My entire experience working with Bargain Movers from the time I booked the move to the end of the actual move was nothing less than outstanding. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and polite. On the day of the actual move the the truck arrived on time and the movers got straight to work. All of my furniture was carefully protected and packed. The gentlemen who did the actually moving were both polite and professional. I have moved quite a bit and this is without a doubt the most professional and stress free move I have ever had! I can happily give Bargain Movers my strongest and most enthusiastic recommendation!

I have only used once but they were very good. They are very convenient. They did one huge error, they left a piece of furniture at my old department and they had to go back and get a piece of my bed frame that they left at my old department. That is the only complaint I had about them. They were a little expensive.

It was a positive experience. They moved me about 30 minutes away. They did a good job and met our expectations.

I guess it is easy to underestimate all the stuff folks store up over the years. Bargain Movers made it simple by not having their team over booked during the day. They made arrangements for me to use the team as long as I needed. The guys were very friendly and hard working. They took great care of our things and worked straight for 6 hours without a break. I would use them again in a minute.
