Very reliable and good service

Weâ ve used AXIS Cleaning Services multiple times over the past few years. They are so quick to respond, have trustworthy, respectable staff dedicated to ensuring the job is not just done, but done RIGHT! Pricing is the best u will find in this area & the solid communication involved in scheduling, providing estimates, & even follow up is outstanding. They are transparent, no random add on prices, & can conveniently accept almost all forms of payment. Weâ ve just moved out of state & utilized them for one last â move out cleaning,â and have decided they will be our go-to cleaning crew we will always call to clean our rental homes between renters. Even without eyes on, from out of state, we know we can trust them to do a great job. Cannot recommend them enough! Do it. Make the call, send the text or email; you wonâ t be disappointed.

I hired axis cleaning services for an apartment clean out. I called them about a week before the scheduled date, which was one day before I had to turn in my keys. On the day of cleaning, the last step in a long tedious move out process, I first get a call saying the cleaners can?t come at the scheduled time because their car broke down but they will send another crew in the next time slot, 2:30-4pm. I said that was absolutely fine, and at 2pm I get a call that they?re outside. No one is there and I call back and I was told they?re having trouble parking. Still no problem, I?ll wait. I waited for 45 minutes until I finally got a response saying they couldn?t find parking and so they left. I am completely flabbergasted because there are 3 parking garages a stones throw away from this building, one which was is connected to it and I checked to see the sign outside saying there were over 100 spots left among the multiple floors. I called back multiple times asking them to let me meet them outside and I?ll show them exactly where to park because I?m desperate at this point, all my cleaning supplies have been moved out and I have nothing. They left me high and dry and at almost 4pm no other services were available to come out that same day. I would not recommend Axis at all, literally go with anyone else.

They arrived late and wanted to delay cleaning my home until another day, but ultimately they did a great job. My only concern is that I was charged for a longer time than when they were there.

Maria and Melissa were very nice people to work with. Although they only speak Spanish, we communicated through translation on our phones. The ladies worked hard and cleaned most nooks and crannies but need new equipment. If I have them back, I will have them use my equipment, unless the owner buys them something better to use. I can’t give them 5 stars because the equipment “left a lot to be desired” in their ability to get things really clean. It was NOT because of their efforts. It was simply a matter of not being able to get it clean with the equipment they had. Management was responsive to what I needed done and handled the appointment well. I will have them back for regular service if the “price is right.” We are discussing that now. Their initial one time cleaning was done at a very competitive price.

Great follow up from the initial contact to completing the project. They will continue the service as needed.

I hired Axis after hosting a party, they arrived on time the next morning and made my place look better than before the party. Great price and quick response!

Owners seem very nice. Most things were complete. Final price was $100 more so totaled $500 for 4 hours of cleaning.

My home passed a rigid medical cleaning requirement by a home dialysis company after it was cleaned by Axis. We will have them back each week.

2 ladies came. This our first time hiring a maid service . We’ve looked at a few and decided on AXIS. They were very professional and did a amazing job. It was above and beyond my expectation

Cleaners did not do a good job!

Iâ d used Axis last year and used them again this week to clean up my rental TH after my tenant moved out. They did an excellent job and I will hire them again!

Great experience overall. I was on a tight schedule and they accommodated me. Sonal was extremely professional and maintained a very clear communication channel. He goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. The cleaners were sincere and did a great job.

The team was very professional in everything they did. They were extremely easy to work with and their rates very reasonable. If they worked in the area of my new house I wouldn’t be looking for another team now. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

I needed a cleaning on short notice and they made an effort to fit me into their schedule. The ladies that came were super nice and I was happy with how cleaned my house looked and how shiny my floors were.
