They really tried to work with my changing schedule; and their ability to accommodate me was much appreciated.

I got a very quick initial call and estimate. It was quickly followed by a written estimate. Scheduling was easy and the cleaning team has done a good job with a move out cleaning.

Mixed results on this job. I hired them because of good reviews I had seen here (as well as good communication with the office) but unfortunately my experience with this service was not impressive. I left while the cleaning was being done with high hopes for a clean home. When I returned, some things were done very well but other things were not. For example: The cleaning ladies did an excellent job on the hardwood floors, the house smelled fresh, and the bathrooms were sparkling. But the laundry room floor was left with dirty scuff marks (when I called, the ladies came back to take care of this but it was disheartening to see it left that way); the stainless steel appliances were wiped down but left dull and smeary, not bright and shiny (one lady told me she had to leave it that way because she did not have a stainless steel cleaner. I was surprised that the company does not provide that type of cleaner given how common stainless steel appliances are these days); the stove top although wiped down was still greasy in places (obviously requiring a more powerful cleaner); an incomplete dusting job was done in some places such as a partition between rooms; the couch although vacuumed (and they used the Pet Fresh product I had left for them) still had dog hair on it (apparently they did not have the type of vacuum tool required for pet hair). When I hired them, I was clear that I needed a thorough cleaning job (not the whole house but certain rooms such as kitchen, bathrooms, foyer, living and dining rooms, and laundry room) with attention to detail because I had company coming and due to having arthritis, I am not able to clean as thoroughly as I used to. I also said that if this worked out well, I will hire the same service again whenever needed. I provided a detailed list of cleaning notes organized by room. I was told the list was no problem and everything would be done (and that some of what I requested was routine anyway and what was not would be relayed to the cleaning ladies). After the ladies returned, I asked if they had been given my list of cleaning notes and was told "no", they were only told to do the job they usually do. Although there were some obvious cleaning misses, I cannot fault the cleaning ladies if they were not provided with full details about what was needed. And I cannot fault them if they were not provided with full cleaning tools, such as stainless steel cleaner and vacuum tools that can pick up pet hair. Even though things were not perfect, I gave the ladies a tip because cleaning is a difficult, tireless job and some things were done very well. I think this service would be fine for maintenance cleaning; they did an excellent job on the hardwood floors and bathrooms. But I cannot recommend them for a thorough cleaning of various rooms requiring attention to detail, based on my experience. I will look for a different cleaning service next time.

I was very impressed with the level of service. It is rare nowadays, that service exceeds my expectations...they did! They even cleaned my toaster oven...awesome!

Excellent service. Last minute visit from the in-laws. My house was a disaster...these ladies saved my bacon! Showed up on time and the house looks great! Did such a good job, they are now my cleaning service!

I hired the company for a move out cleaning and they did an excellent job! It was a great value and the place looked better than it did when I moved in. The result was actually worth more than I paid. Overly impressed!

I urgently needed to get the whole house throughly cleaned for an unexpectedly scheduled open house by my realtor. AXIS manager was very understanding, came over to inspect the house within half an hour and sent in a team of four ladies the next day. With in about four hours the house was gleaming clean. They were all very professional and courteous, especially the manager, Claudia. Thank you all you did a fantastic job, we have multiple offers from that first showing!
