They were easy to schedule, showed up on time, and were efficient. Gave our townhouse a great move out cleaning and got it done quickly! Fully planning on hiring them again to clean after our tenant moved out.

I hired them because I received very good rating from Home advisor about them. They came one day before and saw my place which was under renovation at the time and was a covered with dust. They gave me an estimate based on the amount of work. They sent two ladies to do the job and we helped them ourselves as well. However, within 2 hours and with half the work done, the asked me to cut the check for them because they were done! I literally had to take them from room to too and show them all the window dusts and toilet bowls that was not cleaned. They also used a stone to clean the toilet bowl and damaged it. Very unhappy with their services.

You take your chances with this company. If all goes well, great. If there are any problems, they ignore you. Positives: Initially very friendly. Will do onsite estimate. Actual charge equal to estimate. Finish in timely manner and do pretty good job. NEGATIVES: One of the cleaning ladies did something to a faucet resulting in a leaking faucet in the master bathroom. They denied doing anything and said it was my fault. Excuse me! There was no leak before they arrived. After complaining, they never answered emails. I called and was told they would call back but this was a lie. Nobody ever called. Their web site listed they have insurance so I did not think this would be a big deal, but it has been weeks and they just ignore me. I would never use this company again. Good luck!

It was the worse cleaning experience that I had. They didn't clean even obvious dirt and dust, I had to walk after them, like after 5yo, to point, waht needs to be wiped and cleaned, and they were only following (after they said that it is done). I wasted 3 hours of my day, when I could of done that job myself, but I paid $150, and my house still needs to be cleaned! When I called to their manager to complain, she didn't pick up a phone! I texted - never heard back. I just gave them my check and let them leave, because couldn't waste more time baby-sitting them. Bad bad bad job. A child would clean better (or the same).

I hire this company for one time cleaning as needed. Briesada tries to schedule the girls requested at the timing that works for the client. She is specific and detailed in keeping in touch with the client. The girls are very friendly and very customer oriented. They aim to please. They do run a little bit early when I am running a little bit late, but that is much better than having to wait for them! They seem very detailed in their work and my alternate living space smells fresh and sparkles after the service is complete. I feel comfortable leaving them and will hire them again.

Had them do an initial post construction/remodeling clean. They were so great we have them come twice per month for regular house cleaning. They do an excellent job.

I was very happy with Axis cleaners. They did an excellent job cleaning my house to prepare it for rental! We had had painters and electricians making repairs through the week, so there was a lot of dust and dirt from that work. The Axis management was very responsive to my questions and requests, as were the cleaners. And the price for the job was extremely fair. I can highly recommend them.

I hired the company to help clean out during my move-out. Excellent customer service. They were accommodating to my changing availability and they did a fantastiv job cleaning out the apartment.
