Very responsive and fair price

Owner Bobby is very responsive and does a great job cleaning gutters, which really needed it, on a large home.

I emailed Armstrong a few days ago because I suspected we had a blockage in our gutters. I let them know that we have gutters that keep out leaves and debris, and asked if they are able to clean out those types of gutters. I received a very professional and informative email response, as well as an offer of a free estimate, which I subsequently requested. They came out a couple of days later and informed us that we do not have a blockage, and that the debris we see on the outside of the gutters is not due to overflow from within the gutters. In other words, the gutters are fine, and just need a thorough cleaning. I was very impressed that they provided us with information that did not require payment for services. They did offer to clean the debris from the outside of the gutters, as well as on our roof, for about $160. We did not take them up on it, because we feel that is work we can do. I am very impressed, and will certainly contact them when and if we should have gutter or roof issues in the future.

Everything went great. They came out, cleaned the gutters, did a minor repair for no extra charge, and cleaned everything up. The gutters are working properly again.

Set my mind at easy that gutters were ready for spring rains. Thank you.

We first used Armstrong when we had a leak in a wall. It turned out the gutters were directing the water behind the siding and right into our bedroom. They fixed the gutters and repaired the siding. We then started a twice a year service. They would come like clock work to clean our gutters. Always very professional. Always cleaned up.
