Ana's does an excellent job cleaning and always sends a reminder email the day before our scheduled cleaning to confirm. Her staff shows up on time and has worked around me on days when I was home, though I quickly got to the point where I fully trusted her staff to be in the house without me. I tried two other cleaning services before finding Ana's and am so grateful that I did finally find her. The others either did a terrible job or didn't show up when they said they would. I highly recommend Ana's to anyone looking for great work, professionalism, and friendliness.

Is there a word beyond "perfection?" He treated each spot and explained what I shouldn't (as in use over-the-counter carpet cleaners because it only made it worse) do and what I should (use warm water and blot gently) do. After letting his pre-treatment settle for while, he went back and thoroughly cleaned each and every spot, and then went over the entire carpet to ensure that there weren't any "shadows" where you could tell that an accident occurred. He waited about 15 to 20 minutes just to make sure that as the carpet was drying the treated areas were actually clean and couldn't be detected from the rest of the carpet. I can't tell you how relieved I was. After having just spent more than $1500 on new carpeting in our family room I really was afraid that we'd have to just trash it, but Ana's carpet cleaning professional saved the day and saved us money! This was the third or fourth time that I'd used Ana's carpet cleaning professional which was why I was hopeful that he could handle the problem, but I did have some reservations only because the situation was so awful. However, just like in previous times, his work in getting the multiple stains - and I mean STAINS - out of our white berber carpet was beyond phenomenal.

We've been using Ana for about 3 years now and we've been so happy with her service. She's extremely responsive via email and phone and is always willing to accommodate your schedule. I've also had her clean the carpets and they came out great too. I recommend her to all of my friends.
