Initially I was very impressed with company's professionalism and would have hired them for HWH replacement (but they wouldn't match competing quote). So I hired them for HVAC prev maintenance in early spring, at the end of which I commented that the service had seemed a bit quick, esp for price. I subsequently wrote them that AC seemed to be turning on at temps lower than where I had set thermostat, but didn't hear back. On one of the hottest summer weekends of the year (Saturday night), my AC started to overflow; I had to spend night with no AC until company could revisit the next morning. Office manager chastised me for not calling their office when I hadn't received response to email (annoying). Guys admitted that they had not properly cleaned the condensate line and apologized, but company did not offer any monetary relief for not having done that the first time and/or for causing stress/inconvenience. But overall they seemed generally nice and professional.

I thought they were pretty responsive. When we report a problem, they responded pretty quickly. I thought their prices were fair. I thought they were pretty good value.

They are very easy to get in touch with and have done a good job with all of our jobs. They even call us to set up maintenance appointments. We always have the same guy come. Alfredo is very professional and does a great job. Most recently our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree day. We called America's Green at 5:30 pm and Alfredo was at our house by 6:30 and was fixed by 7:00. Everything was under warranty so there was no charge. We are very pleased with America's Green!

It was a pleasure to work with such professionals. The team that came to the house for the installation were customer service oriented, friendly and in a short while had a good idea what had to happen to replace the unit. I am not one to give out fives on a review very often, so when I scored America's Green they earned the good marks they received. No one is perfect, America's Green on the second day arrived a little late approximately 30 mins. Overlooked this minor problem because the team did stay later on the second day to finish the job. The team member that I would like to not forget was the customer service person with who I spoke over the phone. They were delightful and very easy to talk to, as well as very accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having a problem with there heating or air conditioning, in fact I already have. Thank you America's Green!

They were really prompt and professional. Initially a guy from another company had called to inform us that our system needed to be replaced. I decided to look for a second opinion because I really didn’t think the system was that old. When America’s Green heating & Air Conditioning sent a guy out to look at the system, he found that the whole system didn’t need to be replaced, only a couple of parts. I was just giddy with the excitement! I found them through the recommendation of a friend. I wish I could provide more feedback, but my husband took care of the interactions with them for this service. I’d rate them very well across the board, and I’d use them again, because they’ve probably saved me over ten thousand dollars.

My furnance went out sometime in the middle of a Friday night. I called America's Green around 6:30 AM Saturday morning. I was shocked when Liz answered so early. She was able to get a technician out that morning. I received a confirmation call approximately 30 minutes before the technician arrived. The guy was friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. I had a bad gas valve and thermal couple. After the problem was found we discussed my options. The technician also explain how I could get a discount on labor if I bought the contract and the other benefits that it came with. I was so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable these guys were I actually did purchase the contract. One of the things that swayed me towards purchasing the contract was the ability to get someone to my house on a weekend so rapidly - and I was not charged a weekend or emergency labor rate. This is their policy regardless if I had purchased the contract or not. I will continue to use America's Green and absolutely recommend them.

I have an old air conditioning unit that often gives me trouble. I don't have the money to replace it, so I get it fixed every time something breaks. I always call America's Green for service, because they are very reliable, professional, reasonably priced (!!) and what's most important always able to make my unit last a little bit longer. They are not pushy and don't try to sell me a new a/c unit at every visit. I know that soon my system will just die and it will be time to replace it, so at their last visit I finally asked them for recommendations and for a quote. Wow! I wish I have done it long ago! They explained everything is simple terms, and gave me a price quote I just LOVE! I still hope my a/c will last until the end of summer, but if it doesn't, I know who will be installing my new one. I am so happy with their professional service, that I finally decided to write this review here for others to know. They very much deserve the A+ rating. Choose America's Green - you won't be disappointed!
