Great job. The team arrived on time and removed trees and stumps and planted replacement trees, mulched and cleaned up the area. This is an exceptional company with fair prices and expert workmanship.

It was an emergency call on weekday evening as a tree was rooted and leaning toward our neighbor's house. I called several other tree services but they all went straight to vm or said it was past working hours. I called and receptionist said they will call back right away. I received call from Fidel in 15 min and they arrived at our property in an hour. The guys arrived and took down the 20-30 ft pine tree in about 1hr 30. Very professional and friendly guys. The price was on the high side understandably as it was emergency. Will call them again when I need service. Thanks

The project went great. The crew was on time, did a safe job cutting the tree down without damage to the house, roots grounded out and removed and the clean-up was as I expected - a great job. I will use Alraro's Tree "Experts" again to maintain my yard.

Alfaro's tree service did a fantastic job trimming and removing branches. They also made some recommendations for other branches that needed to be trimmed. They were punctual and very professional, and very fair with pricing.

Fidel and his team were wonderful. They were on time and finished on time. Removing a tree from a back yard can leave a lot of mess. However, every leaf and branch was carefully removed and any damage to the grass was repaired. I didn't have to do anything! I will definitely call Fidel if I ever have any future tree issues. He and his team are great!!

Mr Alfaro was on time. Called day before saying he had a crew that was finishing up early, asked if they could come afterward. Crew was on time and worked very expeditiously in getting the work done that day.

They were very professional, timely, and competent! I was concerned because the tree was planted next to the house with gas, cable, and electric lines surrounding the stump. They provided their licensing and insurance. They calmed my fears and did a great job. They took down each limb using rope to ensure I didn't get craters from dropping them. They cleaned up after themselves and though I'm sad to see the magnolia gone, they did an excellent job. I couldn't believe they completed the job in 2 hours! I would hire them again! They also gave me a discount for being an Angie's customer. The price was awesome!

Fidel (the owner) and his team were professional, timely, and overall great communicators. We had some unforeseen issues which the team resolved quickly. We also had some bad weather, so they scheduled around it.

On schedule worked steadily. Family has done quality work for us in the past at a fair price.

We were impressed when Alfaro was even willing to come to our Southern Maryland home from Germantown just to do the free cost estimate. On the morning of the estimate, Alfaro called to let me know how far out he was, and arrived a few minutes earlier than he'd estimated. His team took the tree down a couple of weeks later and took the tree down in a little over an hour, cut it into segments as I requested, and shredded all the branches into the back of their truck. They also ground the stump down. You can't even tell there was ever a tree there.

They earlier than the planned date, which was great worked for 3 days, until the job was complete.

They were on time and completed this amazing task in two days (delayed due to rain), removed the stump, stump chips and covered the area with top soil and reseeded the area. This company expertly cut down this very large tree without causing any damage to our property. They had all the equipment to remove the very large stump and to chip the branches and haul away the massive lower portions of the tree. They were friendly, determined to please and were easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The price was more reasonable than other estimates that I got for the same service.

Great, 2 men came and started early in morning. They did what the job was in 2 1/2 hours. Mk Alfaro's, the owner outlines the job before hours. They used top quality mulch. I thought the cost for this of mulch was a bit pricey, even if it was a high quality I gave it a B+.

Alfaro's employees are courteous, and hard working and almost unobtrusive! They came and left quietly, and if I didn't look out the window, I'd not know they were there. At the end of every day they left no evidence of their presence except for the progression of the job. From the brick-laying to the dirt being hauled, the top-soil being laid and the grass seed being sprinkled and covered with straw, everything was done as Mr. Alfaro said he would do, and with good workmanship. Yesterday it rained and the system was put to the test. The pipes laid worked as they should and I was overjoyed. A harder test will come when we have a heavier downpour, but Mr. Alfaro promised to make adjustments if things don't work as planned.

It went well. Trees were gone in 3 hours.
