Description of Work: We contracted with Bob Lucido and his team to sell our house. He provided comparable information and guidance on a sales price. He and his team provided excellent marketing and information relative to the sale. The staging recommendations, photography, and sales brochures were all first rate. The house sold in four days.

Description of Work: They referred me to service providers who were totally unprofessional and not willing to work within the scope of my needs. When I contacted them to discuss my concerns they said they were interested in discussing the issues and then never followed up. Horrible experience trying to sell the hone of my deceased mother, and they were totally insensitive to the situation. All of this even as I was dealing with their so-called specialist for senior home sales who assured me she understood my situation. I would never recommend their services to anyone and am glad they did not earn the commission on the sale of my mother's home.

We called the Bob Lucido Team after seeing Bob Lucido on a morning TV show. We asked that he come by our house and discuss the sale and listing price. We asked for him specifically. On a callback, we were told another agent would be coming over. (That should have been our first warning sign.) My husband called back and said it would be Bob Lucido or no one. We set up an evening time for later in the week. Bob was late for the meeting. We asked him various questions, one being our concern about his lack of a local office in our area. We were told he was in the process of obtaining office space on York Road in Timonium (this never happened the entire time we dealt with his office from January to May). Reaching people at the Lucido team was not easy. No one returned calls until late morning (11:00 or later), but would call us at night (sometimes 10:15 pm or later). Mr. Lucido never called, but passed off any questions or concern to someone named Michelle (who was helpful). He did provide a stager and a professional photographer. The stager was a lovely person who gave us very sound advice. When we asked for her to return to okay the changes we'd made, we were told that wasn't possible -- or we could pay for the return visit ourselves. The photographer double-booked and didn't show up for our appointment. When he was finally contacted, he was not apologetic but merely replied with a "these things happen" response. The larger problem being we owned a north-facing house and the morning light was critical for a professional shot. Between the lack of response and the "misfired" communications, we called the Lucido team to cancel our contract -- an option available to us. Mr. Lucido swore things would be different and to give them another chance. The Lucido team did market our house very well. An extremely professional brochure was printed, color ads were purchased for the newspaper, and we had an excellent web presence. We had our first open house, and an agent with whom we had no prior contact was our agent. The showing went well. We received an offer and the same agent represented us during inspection. Their inspector grew concerned over a crawlspace issue and wanted to retract their offer. We agreed. Soon, another couple who attended the open house showed interest but needed to sell their house. The next thing we knew, they were being represented by our Open House agent and we had yet another contact at the Lucido team. Now, Tracy Lucido was our contact person. And the newest people "somehow" found out about the crawlspace issue. We had to hire an engineering firm to verify the crawlspace. Initially, we were told the price would be $20K to rectify. The buyers chose to have the work done and not take the price. When the first engineering firm hired a second engineering firm, it was determined no work was necessary. Somehow, the buyers found out how much money we would be saving and wanted the difference refunded to them. There are more instances of "lack of representation" but I'm running out of character space. Let me just end by saying we finally met our final agent on the DAY of settlement. So, if you want someone to really market your house well, the Lucido team is great. If you're looking for true representation and someone to represent your best interests, you probably want to consider another realtor.
Description of Work: The Bob Lucido team listed our for sale in Towson, Maryland.

He sold a house for us. He was very personable. He came to our house and dealt really well with us and the kids. He sold our house within sixty days of listing it. It's kind of hard to complain about the results. He gets A's across the board.
Description of Work: He was my real estate agent.
