Description of Work: Always fine service. They need to get their accounting dept. straightened out. Sometimes the technician leaves a notice of service with "Pay from this Invoice" stamped on it, sometimes not. When I have paid from the technicians service notification, I'll get a bill with that charge still on it. Very confusing as to what they are doing with billing. Always nice when I call and it gets straightened out, however.

Description of Work: I have an ongoing contract after they successfully handled a terrible mouse infestation. They came out multiple times to make sure it was resolved and were so thorough to get it all cleaned. They now come 4 times a year and whenever requested. I have never had so few bugs in my house. |
