Description of Work: We had an animal in the attic, and we hired them to solve the problem. They came and did an inspection, but were not able to tell us what kind of animal it was, and said they no longer did trapping, which they did not tell us when we spoke to them on the phone. So, they did a minimal inspection, but not much else. If you have a raccoon or squirrels in the attic, you're better off hiring a different company.

I am not able to comment on the technician or the success of the results at this time. The company itself has been excellent in contacting me for scheduling and rain delays. Description of Work: The tech comes every other month, inspects traps inside and removes any mice caught in traps. Inspects perimeter of the house outside, restocks traps with poison, dewebs the exterior and performs general review for possible problems. The tech is very professional and pleasant.

Description of Work: The service providers have been very professional as well as nice people. I don't know if they are more expensive than others, but I feel comfortable with the investment. They have come when scheduled (so far twice with a third scheduled) and responded within 2 hours to an emergency call between scheduled visits, without additional charge. They appear to be thorough and it appears we are making good progress.

They're terrific - their techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain everything without being condescending. They're almost always on time.
