Description of Work: Senior Technician, Joe Gilmore did an inspection of our crawl space under our house that needed to be cleaned, repaired and waterproofed. The bid was quite reasonable. They did the work very efficiently and on schedule. We are happy with the work of Ward's Pest Control.

Description of Work: Hired American Pest to treat our yard for the duration of the summer/mosquito period. They have been prompt and efficient. They have been super flexible rescheduling when the need has arisen and have always arrived on time. They do a good job of noting and rectifying potential breading areas. They provide good notes on what they've done. I've used another company for this and these guys have been way better. Full recommendation from me!

Description of Work: Annual service contract for pest control and mosquito sprays. They email in advance for regular service calls and they are super responsive when needed in between regular visits. They're cautious about impact on pets and wildlife and don't over apply chemicals. Consistently great service.

Description of Work: Great service, responsive, thoughtful. Technicians care about their job and that you are satisfied. Will return as needed. Very quick to answer the phone. This is a competitive business and AmPest seems to really want yours.

Description of Work: He showed up right on time and explained everything to me, went over all the options, etc. The only 'complaint' I have is that he cut into the drywall to find the termite route and never found it. After he called his supervisor, he looked in the mulch/flower bed outside and found what seemed to be where the termites were coming from. A few days later my husband actually found a HUGE 'nest' of termites under a floorboard near where the original drywall cutting had happened. The technician had to come BACK out and install another feeding station. So it was just a little bit of additional time off work, etc. In the end we're happy because the termites seem to be gone and we can go ahead with completing the property restoration! We purchased an annual contract so we'll definitely be working with the company in the future.

Description of Work: I don't remember the exact date, but it would have been spring of 2014. They came out to check for rodents, to make sure that any entry points into house were sealed. Nothing was found, they didn't charge for the service call and i've had no problems with pests.

Description of Work: We have had a contract with American Pest for almost 10 years. They do a great job managing pests around our house and have always been very responsive to our needs. For example, they removed a beehive from our front lawn, treated around the house for stink bugs, and helped manage an ant problem.
