Very well.
Description of Work: I had carpenter ants that have since left. The AP agent quickly identified the culprits and recommended how to fix the damage. He outlined a policy that would prevent (or at least) identify any further incursions. I accepted and the company has provided the necessary follow through.

Description of Work: They were very thorough in checking my home for mice drippings and the areas mice could have contaminated. They put traps around my stove and kitchen area as well as the attic. They went to other areas of the house as well. They put a bait box outside and filled in holes where they found different holes and put in screws, mesh wire, putty and boards.
