Description of Work: Triple S was hired to treat for termites using bate traps and a service plan was set up. We got 3 quotes for this service and Triple S was the cheapest by a fair amount. They proposed to basically do the same treatment at the other companies and the technician that came out to install the bates and treat the area of the house that was affected was professional and knowledgeable.

An appointment was scheduled and Ward Pest Control called the day of the appointment to cancel and reschedule. The day of the second appointment the same thing happened. Their reason was that the person assigned to me was having family problems. It sounds like they have a very limited staff with no back up. Although, according to Angie's List they are good at what they do, I have not, and will not call again to reschedule.

Since we're already doing poison baiting and traps, we needed someone to come out and do exclusions for our mice/rat issues. They came out and inspect 4 of our houses, did foam and other exclusions inside and outside. Very knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend.

THEY QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THE LOCATION OF THE ANT INFESTATION. THEY INSTALLED ANT BAIT STATIONS OUTSIDE MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME TIPS ON PREVENTING ANY REOCURRENCE.
