This company was referred to me by a friend, and I have been very happy with them, especially after my last, horrible service experience. The last company had killed all my plants outside, and my whole family suffered from headaches for a year. This was a much more pleasant experience for us!

They really did an excellent job exterminating the tough carpet beetles and they made it look so easy. The whole process only took about twenty minutes from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this pest control company.

After consulting with them about carpenter bees, they suggested the replacement because the rack boards were loaded with the nests. They did what they said they were going to do and charged what they said they were going to charge. They did a great clean up. I would recommend them.

They used non toxic materials to spray. They knew what type of bee I had and what was needed to get rid of the bees. They are really knowledgeable and informative as to what I needed to do. They charge very little for a lot of work. They have even come back to check the progress at no extra cost.

I think the price Ward's gave me was reasonable compared to what other companies were giving me which was between $300 and $500. Ward's was very professional and honest. They were on time and everything went smooth. I like them so much that I have recommended them to my sister.

We have used them on several occasions. We are currently planning on having them in for a proactive visit. We were getting really frustrated that we couldn't fix the ant problem. They came out and did their work and we have not seen an ant in over a year.

They are very reliable and they come and do their work even if I am not at the house. The people who come to do the work are always friendly and do a good job. I think they are recommendable.

We had called them because our tenants reported a chewed electrical cord. When Ward had come out and inspected the property, he said there were no rodents that perhaps a small dog had chewed the cord. He said there was no charge for the inspection, which tells me they are honest and trustworthy.

They made several attempts to rid the attic of mice but each time it was a different persons who didn't know what had been done and what they were supposed to do. The 90 day warranty isn't worth much as we later found out. The mice were never eradicated despite the warranty and they still wanted to get paid after the 90 days even though they never did get rid of the mice. This was a great company when Jim Ward, the owner, did the work. Now he doesn't even return your call. "Mr. Ward doesn't speak to customers" was the response I got. Years ago I used to have his cell phone number. This company has gotten too big too fast. Also they really would rather use poison bait even in situations when it isn't the right approach. I once had a squirrel living in the attic. They wanted to use poison bait and claimed it would leave to get water and not die in the attic. I had to explain that the squirrel could get all the water he wanted from the gutter he had to crawl over!

Great! We wanted to keep a check on termites, since I know our house our was treated for them several years ago before we bought it. My mother has used Ward over the course of many years, and has always been happy with them, so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment (great office staff too, by the way). The inspector (Mauricio, I think) came out on time, was extremely professional and friendly, and gave us an honest report. Great news for us-no termites, and no charge! They are the only ones I'll call next time we have a need. I appreciate their honesty and trustworthiness-it's so nice to see a company maintain such a high quality of service over many years.

I thought from the Angie's List reports that the work would have gone well. But we never got past the scheduling, the bad experience of trying to schedule the work made us decide not to go forward with the service.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 25 YEARS I WOULD NEVER THINK TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. THEY ARE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THE PERSONNEL.

Used to be reliable but service has deteriorated badly over past year and I feel that for the price of renewal and the original se-up charge of $2000 that I should not have to hound them to fulfill the terms of their contract.

I have had terrible digging all over my yard for two years and knew I had a raccoon living in an old shed out back. County would not allow me to trap and relocate myself so I called Ward's. They were great-took a lot of time explaining all the ins and outs+ of their service. Set out a trap and in 2 days trapped one raccoon. Had to come back a few days later and trapped another one for $45 additional cost. I was especially pleased they came out so quickly and that they spent so much time teaching me.

It was perfect. Mr. Ward showed up on time and did all that was required. Very professional and courteous.

I had some difficulty getting conformation that they had come out to do the regular centurion service. When it came time for renewal I had a conversation with the sales manager who was very accommodating , and apologetic and promised to do better and gave me a discount on the future contract.

Although there were some scheduling problems and they were late on 2 occasions, they were very knowledgeable and efficient.

The gentleman who came out to provide the inspection and estimate was friendly and knowledgeable. He passed along my contact info to the techs and they contacted me the next day. The techs showed up when they were supposed to on Saturday morning. The work was performed quickly (too quickly?) and with little to no disturbance to my family. However, there were two things they did that annoyed me: 1) They left my front hose running; they were finished by about 9 am, and I didn't step out of my house until after 1 pm to discover that my hose was running almost full blast. 2) They left the gate to my backyard open; not too big of a deal, considering that my water was being wasted for over fours hours. I think that a little more attention to detail and a little less rushing would have prevented these occurences from happening.

The technicians from this company are thorough and reliable. I would highly recommend this service.

I called in, and they were friendly. I scheduled a time for a person to come out 3 days later. The exterminator came out within the hours they specified and did the work. I have no more rodent problem!

Very well. The company is very friendly and responsive. Their prices seem to be very reasonable, and they always seem to be successful in whatever pest is being exterminated.

Great service. Mr. Ward and all his employees were very easy to work with. Service was timely and thorough.

Job 1: They were scheduled to come out one day at 4:00pm. At 5:00pm when I had not heard from them I called and was told they were on their way and would be there in a few minutes. At 5:30 when no one had arrived I called back to cancel and the woman seemed to imply I should just keep waiting (that 1.5 hours late with no call should not be a problem). I rescheduled for a week later at 5:00pm. I called at 6:00 when no one showed up or called. Got voicemail. Waited until 7:30 then went out. No call or explanation or apology from Wards. Job 2: After the no call/no show appointments, I made one final attempt and the tech showed up on time (a.m. appt this time) and did the spraying. Donna from Wards called to apologize for the previous problems and was very polite and sincere. Since in the past the service was good. I hope to stick with Wards.

After ascertaining that squirrel was not in the house at the time, technician blocked hole so it could not return. Company was very responsive to calls, showed up quickly and fully resolved the situation. Very nice people and easy to deal with.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory. Since I had made the Saturday appointment about 2 weeks prior, I was concerned that there would be a no-show. It would have been nice if the company had called the day before to confirm the appointment. Although the representative was about an hour late, he called to let me know about his delay. For future issues with pest control, I would hire this company.
