This company was terrific! We thought we had termites, and Innovative Pest Management (from Brookeville) was very responsive to our call, made a prompt diagnosis that we had flying ants (not termites), and gave us a lot of information on pest management. All at no charge. If we'd had termites, we would have definitely contracted with Innovative Pest Management (Dr. Kramer) to get rid of the nasty things. I HIGHLY recommend this company. VERY knowledgeable and professional!

We've used them for 20 years. They are a small, local company. They are accessible. We had a bee infestation and the owner actually came out. They are extremely responsive.

Contractors had been working in the crawl space underneath our kitchen. About mid-afternoon of their first day of work under the house they said lots of fleas started coming out of the ground and that they could not work in those conditions. So, I called Ward Pest, explained the situation, and asked that they come out and spray for fleas. The appointment was made for that Saturday morning. The Ward techs arrived on time, examined the situation, explained what they were going to do. The treatment worked.

After an initial snafu in the first appointment (the tech didn't come and didn't call to inform me as to why), another appointment was made, he showed up...and I was very pleased with his inspection and plan of action. The main office was helpful in recommending other companies that could do the insulation removal work that was required to help get the problem under control.

They are very thorough. They have been very helpful in terms of sharing information and also suggest good ideas. They come and do their work very quickly. I have had a pleasant experience with them.

Ward was very professional and courteous. When I called they explained the service and we worked out a time for them to come. I actually was able to bump up the appt to an earlier time the day before. Joe was great. He actually wore the plastic booties on his shoes! He explained everything and was quickly done with the service. I haven't seen an ant since.

They did a very good job. They were punctual, responsive and the quality of their work was very good. I had a very good experience with them.

They are very good. A man came out and put stuff around the house and I haven't seen an ant since. The contract was such that once I see an ant they will come out and put more gel around the house. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very affordable. They were very thorough. They come annually now. They got rid of the termites. They drilled and put down the least toxic but the most effective termite control. They were very friendly as well. They took there time and didn't rush to get the job done properly.

He is friendly and thorough. He checks things very closely and gives me the verbal report on what he found and what he did not find. Their scheduling side is lousy; they schedule an appointment any time between 7 am to 7 pm. So the individual comes any time in that 12 hour time frame but we don?t know when exactly he might show up. The individual who comes out is professional but the office is not.

THey did a good job. The service technician was great, he had a great sense of humor, and handled the whole situation. Their prices were reasonable. The whole situation worked out well.

The termite contract I had w/another company was running out so I called Ward's Pest Control to start a contract w/them. Mauricio Sr. came to my house and inspected it for signs of termites. He found that my house had previously been treated, but we had no way of finding out who treated, what chemicals they used, and when the treatment was performed. I decided to have my home re-treated. A few weeks later (a time that was convenient for me) two gentlemen from Ward's came to my house and treated around the foundation. The technicians were very polite and did a great job. I would use this company again.

They filled and treated numerous carpenter bee tunnels on our deck. They sprayed all our rooms and woolen rugs for moth infestation.

When they are coming in to spray and check the traps they don’t let us know that they are there but they are not disruptive. When we have a problem, like the last year when the ants came in, they were there right away. They took care of it and rearranged the trap.

If I need them in between they will come out for free. They were very responsive. They were able to get the man out sooner than they originally had said. The man was very entertaining. He showed me some things to do outside to keep the bugs out. I like that they are family owned. The price was reasonable for this area.

Terrible. We contracted with Triple S after speaking with several vendors. They appeared to have knowledgeble people and had heard of their being used elsewhere. The treatment i purchased was three (3) applications of spray/dust on the bed frames, mattresses/box springs, dressers, closets and baseboards while documenting where activity was found. This was clearly communicated by the sales rep - three applications were needed to eradicate the problem. Upon returning to the house after the first treatment I noticed that some dressers were treated while others were not. Complaining to the Company it was admitted by the Supervisor that one of the two technicians ran out of chemicals and didnt tell the other tech. They just stopped working. The remedy was for the Supervisor to personally attend the 2nd application 2 days later to conduct his own inspection and ensure full application of the treatment. I spoke to the Supervisor after this 2nd treatment; my question: since we were told 3 applications were necessary, when will he return to treat the parts of the house not treated the first visit? His response: we're coming for 3rd visit only for inspection. There isnt a need for more treatment. This completely contradicts the sales reps claims that three treatments are needed. Again, I had to engage the company to get it cleared up as they were not communicating. The bottom line is that i am not confident that the treatment solved the problem. This vendor just didnt have a common story to tell me on what they agreed to do and what was done.

The technician was punctual, thorough and polite. He described in detail the work to be done and was very sensitive to the needs of this elderly, home bound senior. We did not choose to use Ward only when the landlord offered a treatment at not cost. If this does not prove effective in the erradication of the problem, I will contract with ward.

Contractors showed up on time and worked quickly, and gave thorough answers to questions. Very professional.

Innovative Pest Management scheduled a technician (Luke) two days after my call. After a thorough search, he determined that odorous house ants were trailing from the rear window well to my kitchen. He cleared out the foliage that had grown in the window well and treated the area with Termidor. He also treated my kitchen 1/4 round edging, etc. with D-Force. He added boric acid to my ant traps. He treated the exterior of my townhouse (front and back) with Termidor. He even found evidence of a mouse in the cabinet under my kitchen range although I had no idea of such a problem and he put down two baited mousetraps where he thought they would be most effective. After that first visit I saw only one more ant. In a followup visit one week later Luke found additional odorous ants in and around my front stoop and near my rear patio. Again he treated both areas with Termidor. I haven't seen a single ant since. I had made it clear from the start that I had a cat and that I was very concerned with the use of poisons and Luke was equally clear he could take care of the problem without any threat to the cat.

We had a mouse issue that we'd been trying to solve on our own, but when we didn't see an end in sight after catching 5 and the mice started eating through our humane traps, I knew it was time to call someone. Had been previously favorably inclined towards Wards because they'd come to do a termite inspection and they told me not only did I not need their services, but they checking they did was at no charge. This experience confirmed my trust in the company. A tech came out inspected the house including the attic, set several traps in the kitchen and blocked potential points of entry. We caught one more mouse, and have had no additional signs of pests since. Another tech came back several weeks later - reperformed all of the inspections -was just as thorough if not more so than the original technician. He placed additional traps in the basement and attic and found one or two more potential points of entry that he closed up. They've warranteed their service and I feel confident the issue has been solved.

I really liked my technician. Very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable. All went very well and I think we have solved my critter invasion problems.

They were very friendly on the phone and were able to accommodate our schedule (i.e. have someone come out before work on a weekday). The individual who came (Maricio I believe) was punctual, friendly, and responsive. Although I found their prices a little high (about $200 for coming out, for assessing the situation, for laying bait, and for a follow-up visit) I suspect that they are in-line with this area. I would use them again for any future problems.
