I was having an ant problem where they warned me that when they started the treatment, I would see an increase. They were correct and noticed the ants moved to another location. Other than that, they have been on time and have honored their contract. I will continue to use them in the future.

I told them I had a horrible infestation of fleas which was even in the attic - because we have a cat that lives there (long funny story). 2 men arrived promptly, They did a good job - even climbed up on the roof (even though fleas do not enter that way). I was given a quote of $165.00 when I rang them initially - however when the bill arrived it was for $795.00. That is Outrageous. I do not have that kind of money and I would never have asked them for service had they been honest when I called. They returned on 30 November to spray again however since I had some remaining fleas after the first visit - I ordered some professional spray online and finished the job myself. They were not honest with the estimate or price and it will be awhile before they get paid for I have not got that kind of money. When I called to question the bill - they said "well there was a bad flea infestation you can make if for $550..." I reminded them that I had told them that when I rang initially. Bottomline: 2.5 hours total work time = $795.00

They arrive when they say they will, they are punctual, and they seem to have a plan. They do a good job and the bugs don?t come back!

I had discovered a wasp nest hanging from a tree over our patio deck. I called Wards and they were able to schedule an appointment to come out. The guy who came out was very knowledgeable and was able to solve the problem within half an hour. I was very pleased with their level of service.

American Pest Management is a pleasure to work with and we've been very happy with the results. I've already recommended them to others.

They're an A across the board. They're service really works each year. They're the nicest people.

We chose them because they had a very good rating on Angie?s List. The guys that I worked with have been really nice. We had a mouse problem, which is why we called them. They came pretty quickly in a couple of days and put down traps right away. They were nice and responsive. Their price was comparable to other providers. My only complaint is that they don?t use nontoxic biological pest management stuff for pest control. They use chemicals.

Fantastic service. I had to have the provider come back several times and they were fast and efficient and resolved my concerns. Great company to deal with!

I like their service so far. I had some minor issues with their billing department but the owner worked out the issue with me.

They called ahead as requested and showed up exactly on time. The new tech and his boss were very professional and extremely thorough. They explained each step and showed me what they found. They did a very thorough examination of the whole house to be sure the problem was truly confined to a small area. They don't use sprays which is good because we don't like the smell or the idea of air-born poisons. They swept thoroughly behind all the appliances so that we will be able to see any new dead bugs. They set sticky traps as well to help them assess the extent of the problem when they come back. They hid the bait poison well so that my cats and grandchildren will not be exposed. They worked well around one of my cats who was being very nosy. We did see more bugs for a few days and another crop of babies hatched about a week later but the techs told us exactly what to expect and now it has been about a week since we have seen a bug. Included in the service was free advice about stink bugs, rats and mice which can be a problem in our area. They sealed the pipes entering the house and inspected the foundation inside and outside the house as well as the chimney, etc, etc. As an unexpected bonus, I got decorating ideas from one of the techs because he had previous experience in that field. The curtains he suggested really work well on a window that we didn't know how to tackle.

They were professional, thorough, answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously.

We really like this company and have used them a few times over the years to address specific pest issues (bees, wasps, ants). This year we decided to do an annual contract after our last ant infestation. The inspectors and technicians are environmentally conscious, prompt, friendly, courteous, wear protective gear when in your home and they enjoy their work. We receive reminder notification and a detailed report for each visit. Even better, our pest problems are under control!

I had a positive experience with Ward. They set up some traps, however I do not think that they were as successful as the sealing work that they did on the outside of my home. I was pleased with the sealing work that they were able to do. There was a time when they skipped an appointment.

Overall, it went well. Ray is the only DC technician so sometimes scheduling was a little tough. Ray came in inspected the house, told me where he thought the problem was coming from. He set traps and came back on three differrent occasions to inspect. I will probably have them back in another month just to inspect and to ensure the problem is gone.

We have a contract with them, and they come out every month. We use them mainly for our ant problem. They come out free of charge if we need an extra service call. They are very good and reasonably priced too.

I called them because I thought that I had a termite problem. They were able to come out within a couple of days. The man came out and discovered that I had an ant problem. I was impressed that the man did not try to tell me that I had a termite problem. He was able to spray for the ants. I asked that he try to do most of the spraying outside of my home and he was able to do that. He originally told me that it was going to cost one hundred and seventy five dollars and because the project was not as big as he originally thought he lowered the price.

They were very good. They were prompt and responsive. They charged me once in the beginning of the year and after that they came twice for no extra cost. I recommend them highly.

I do not own the home that was to receive the services, but I selected them on the basis of the reports on Angie's list. I found them friendly, reliable and courteous. When they had to miss one appointment, they informed me several hours in advance and rescheduled at my convenience. The landlord and I were pleased with the quote, but she then realized that she had an important discount with another company. When I canceled the appointment they were very gracious.

We switched to them several years ago and they actually control the bugs. You pay every other month, but they come out every month for treatments and they don?t charge for that. The man who comes out is really nice and professional. I will continue to use them in the future and I?ve recommended them.

The technician was here on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain what was invading my home. He also explained what treatment he was applying. Additionally, he was prepared to give me a more detailed estimante than the one I got over the phone or to do the treatment that day. I had him spray since my problem was getting increasingly worse.

We were having trouble with tiny ants in our kitchen-especially in our dishwasher. They would crawl up our arms and get onto our body as we got near the sink. We called Ward and they came in about two days to treat the area. The workman sprayed the area and around our house and found the nest under the mat on our front porch. He said that we might see some of the ants for several days but they would be gone in about a week.

Very well. They showed up EARLY (yes I said early, 30 minutes) and were very professional. This is the 4 time they have visited us, and we are part of their yearly service plan. Very reasonable and happy.

Called, for service and the never called back.

I have had annual service with American Pest Management for nearly ten years now. It has always been a very worthwhile expense. Whenever I have a problem, they come out as soon as needed but always within a week (if the need is not urgent). Just last week I had them come out to deal with cicada-killer digger wasps and they were extremely efficient and professional, as always. Dale is our designated service person and he takes his job seriously and always takes the time to explain what he is doing. He also keeps up with all of the latest research and technologies into pest control applications. He and APM try to minimize the amount of chemicals that they use. We even had them come on many occasions for an ant infestation when our son was a baby. They were very sensitive to that and took a safe approach for our household. We no longer have ant problems but it took several seasons to get under control, since we live in attached housing and the ants would go from one townhouse to the next. Finally several of the townhouses on my block also use APM so they are able to coordinate any treatments that may impact other homes. Overall I think APM does a fantastic job and I'm happy to be their customer.
