The treatments seem to be working. No additional damage has been discovered inside the house. I found the inspectors to be professional. They explained exactly what was going to happen, what the expected results would be (as well as a possible timeline), and discussed the different treatments available. They discouraged the use of poison spray because of the effects on the environment (and on animals and birds, including my dog), but said they were willing to use it if I insisted. The initial inspector also discovered stink bugs and ground bees in my house and yard, but again, advised against getting rid of them because 1. neither bug caused any damage nor posed any danger to humans, dogs, squirrels, birds, deer, etc; 2. the bees were beneficial; 3. they could spray for stink bugs but couldn't claim that the spray would eradicate the pests. He was willing to spray if I insisted, but that wasn't a course of action in which I was interested. Again, I found the experience educational, and the recommendations by the company representatives to be thoughtful, professional, and focused on exactly what pests I was interested in eliminating. There was no pressure on additional services; as stated above, he did the exact opposite - recommending against treatments that he felt was unnecessary. I found the initial cost to be expensive, but the yearly maintenance, about $200-300, was in line with what other neighbors are currently paying.

They came out and they guaranteed the trap for 30 days. They came back once and check them. They seemed to take care of it. They are excellent about taking care about the environment around the house. We talked to them about it, and they did not push at all. Their price is very competitive.

We had a terrible odor coming from our basement. The people at Ward Pest Control began by trapping mice, but once the odor continued, Mr. Ward himself got involved. Within a few days, he had found a rat's nest, trapped numerous other rats and returned to our house 2-3 times a week (for over a month) to check in on us and check the traps. Most recently the odor reappeared. Mr. Ward knew immediately it was a dead rodent, not a new nest (just by smell!) and pinpointed the exact location in the basement ceiling (therefore allowing us to minimize the cost of demolition and repair). The people at Ward have been courteous, professional, sympathetic, kind and extremely responsive. We couid not be happier with their service.

I called and asked for a treatment for an ant problem in the back yard and kitchen. "Pat" told me that a scheduler would call back and that the technician would come out, appraise the problem, and give us an estimate. We could accept it or decline the service with no charge. The scheduler, "Valerie," called back and made an appointment with my wife.When the technician arrived, he looked at the problem and began mixing chemicals at his truck. I asked him if he was planning to do the treatment or give me an estimate first. He told me that the treatment was going to be $145. I told him that my neighbor just had the same treatment by another company for $85. He called his office on his cell phone and then said that "Valerie" had told my wife when she made the appointment that the treatment would normally be $165-200, but that they would do it for $135. (So why was he now telling me that it was going to cost $145?) My wife was at home and told him that the scheduler and she had never discussed a price. We declined any service and he left. There is no doubt in my mind that if I hadn't been home he would have done the treatment and presented us with a bill for an amount we had not accepted.

The technicians show up on time and perform the service carefully and professionally, making sure to address safety concerns. They also are very good about calling to confirm appointments the day before and helping to keep regular maintenance appointments on track.

They are very good to deal with and very responsive. In case we have any kind of ants or spiders that come without any reason then they would come additionally and take care of that too and they don't charge for that as we have a contract. I am very pleased with them. I would rate them high overall and would continue to use them in the future.

They were able to answer our questions about their pesticides. They were very candid about the products they use. The products seem to be effective. I know them pretty well. They attack it with a very professional approach and do the job very effectively.

They are good. I would continue to use them again in the future.

People from Ward Pest Control Company were very accommodating. They started the work but I then realized that we would have to postpone the service because of the duct work that was going on in my house at that time. I was also getting a fire place installed then. So, they had to come back and use a different chemical. They wanted to make sure that the chemicals they had would not affect the metal of the duct work. They were willing to work with me and reschedule their appointment. That was very good. I would continue to use their services in the future.

Ward set humane traps and got one the first night. The technician came back promptly when I called to report the captive squirrel. It was released several miles away. The others were also caught and their entrance hole plugged up. Ward phone personnel were very good. There is a person - not an answering machine and appointments are made right away. The technician was prompt and professional. I was very pleased with the work and the company.

The exterminator happened to be the same one we'd used four years earlier. He knows his stuff. That's why I was quite dismayed when he told me that what we had were not dead ants but mice droppings. I was shocked and appauled. He set several boxes around the house, and I'm hoping that this solved the problem. He covered a few holes around the house where they could have been entering, and he sprayed for ants. He spent quite a bit of time here and was very efficient.

They offered a free inspection for termites so that was good. I would recommend them. They seem to be do pretty detail inspection and provided information. They answered all my questions and that was good. He seemed to be pretty knowledgeable of what he was doing and that was good.

We set a time from 4:00-6:00 PM, and they never showed. I called them and they said that he was supposed to come out. The man called me and told me he would be here at 4:00. I called again at 5:00 and they said he would not be able to make it today.

I spent $175 on that work. They did their service and once they left the ants were just swarming. I got out the ant spray and I called them. She said she wished I had not done that but I have not seen ants since. The method that they used is where the chemicals they used are spread one ant to another and is carried to the nest. It is a slow process. I have never compared their price.

They did a very good job. They fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them. I'm on a service project with them.

Two years ago I found Innovative Pest Control and they did a splendid job - so, of course I called them again. Kurt arrived a few minutes early - wearing booties to prevent tracking anything through the house. He carefully sprayed baseboards and crevices of counter back-splashs, cabinets, etc. Went in and out - including the basement and all window wells. As before, Kurt returned 10 days later when all but one colony seemed to have been killed. The 2nd visit was detailed spritzing and ant baits (with primer added by Kurt) left in likely spots of future ant interest. I'll certainly call them again when the ants return in two years.

We have a contract with them. He has been pretty good about coming back because we weren't home the last time he came. They have been good because some pest control places say they have to come every 3 months and he said we can probably get by with every 4 months to save us a little bit of money so we didn't feel like they were out to get our money. We are pretty happy with them. They come on time and they seem to know their bugs. They will tell us that if we see bugs to save a sample so they can look at it to determine where the nests might be. They are better than your average pest control that just sprays for anything.

They only provided us service once. We had some bug problems in the house, and I called them. I left a message, and they called back a couple hours later. We set up an appointment for two days later. They came in and sprayed the inside of the house. The insect problem was resolved by the spraying. I would say that they did a decent job. They mentioned that we need to call them back if the problem shows up again. I didn't find it necessary to call them back to respray the house.

They were fine but they weren?t there when they said they would be. Considering all they did was come and lay traps, I think the price was a bit high. I like that he put a trap under the stove because I hadn?t thought of that.

Their professionalism and responsiveness stood out. They are knowledgeable. I don't have any problems with the work they did. The exterminator was good. My husband talked to him. From what I remember, he knew what he was talking about when it came to mice. I think they are probably a little expensive.

The price was reasonable. They came and took care of the issue. We had an additional issue and they came right back out and took care of that as well.

I really like their customer service. Their billing and accounting is on time. they notify you before they come out. I have a yearly contract with them. If you have to call them they are very responsive. They do a good job. They are courteous. I like their salesman. They are very good.

The inspection was very thorough. Although no bed bugs were found, they took the time to show us what they look like at all stages of development and what to watch out for just in case. The service was prompt, efficient, and friendly.

The services from them ended last year. I was paying them an annual fee, which was high. They were very diligent. The termite control required someone to come around and check every 2-3 months. They were religious about it. They were very good with ensuring that they came out. I had called them in the past for bee problems. One thing I can absolutely tell about them is that when they come out to take care of a problem, they take care of it. I will say that they are very conscientious in providing service. The only problem is their price. I am not really sure if their prices are high or if somebody else will do the work for a lesser price. The service is excellent, though. I would use them in the future, only after finding out if I will get a better price elsewhere.

They gave me a reasonable price compared to others. They did what they said they would do. I spent about $700 on the job. I would recommend them. I had interviewed three companies and I felt that this company gave me the best offer. I will use them again in the future.
