They seem to be doing a good job. They show up routinely and they are priced reasonably. They essentially do their job and stay out of our hair. We subscribe on an annual basis and pay $250 a year. They do not spray because we are trying to maintain the place as organically pesticide free as possible. That is part of my wife's health issues and they have been very happy to cooperate with us on that. They keep upgrading their technology. I am a consulting engineer type of guy so I like the technology. They have 25-30 traps around our 100-year-old house. They give us a monthly report through an automated inspection system that lists each trap separately. It is pretty detailed and it gives me confidence that they are actually checking the traps. We are comfortable with the price.

Brian came on time, very punctual, professional and really easy to talk to. I was a little concerned that what he was going to do would affect the wild birds and bees and he assured me it would not, which was nice. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It turned out we had our love for nature in common. He is an extremely good soul and you don't find many people like him in this world. The services he performed were flawless.

I had been trying to eliminate the ants from my kitchen counter since last October. The warm winter meant that they never really died out. I called on a weekday and was scheduled for Saturday. Kyle came late, with a good excuse. He was very professional and treated the interior kitchen area and the exterior around the kitchen window. He was finished in 45 minutes and a day later no more ants! Even though he said it might take up to 10 days for them to disappear. I am very pleased and would use Ward's again for any kind of pest from the smallest, to the largest (squirrels, etc.).

They are good people who come out and they are not high priced. They are very pleasant to deal with and they do a thorough job. I have not compared prices and their price is lower than the people I used in the past.

Several pest control companies were already reviewed on Angies List and Ward's seemed to offer the best option for price and quality of service. As advertized, they sent out a tech right away who performed a thorough assessment of the house and pointed out the most likely areas of trouble. He explained everything and answered all our questions. When it came time to treat, his team arrived on time, did clean and professional work and finished up the job very quickly. The techs explained what they did and cleaned up afterwards. We were very satisfied with the job Ward's did!

Ward now comes to my home once a quarter to do routine maintenance and prevention. I am pleased with their price and they are responsive and punctual. I will continue to use Ward Pest Control.

They followed up a year later. They are reasonably priced for the termite infestation. They were easy to work with and we thought they followed up well.

The only negative thing about this company is that some of the workmen were extra chatty! I found that I had to make an excuse to get them out of house or they might have stayed for dinner! However, the work was great. They were mindful of my many pets when they treated areas and there were never any negative repercussions. I had a service contract with Ward for approximately 11 years and I felt it was well worth it. I had a major problem with wolf spiders at one point and they saw to it that the mulch was treated and the problem stopped. We had several issues with mice as well and they worked digilently to find the points of entry and sealed them.

I use Innovative Pest Management for pest control services, they were recommended to me by friends. They came to our home to treat a small ant problems, they set traps, sprayed and found where the issue was coming from. They did a very good job and we are happy with their services. They were very quick to come to our home, they came the very next day after we called. We are now going to start an annual contract service with them.

This company was excellent. They were very prompt. Mr Ward came out to look at the termite problem in less than a day after my calling. The termites were swarming around the bottom molding and the top of the mantel of a gas fireplace on an interior wall of my rental property townhouse basement. Mr Ward looked all around the basement and determined that the termites were only in one area of the room and all that needed to be done was drill around the fireplace hearth. He told me it would not be necessary to drill around the entire property, nor would I need to purchase an annual warranty program like the larger companies insist on. The initial estimate was for $185, but since I had a $75 coupon from Angie's List, the final cost was $110. I thought $185 was a good price, $110 was a really good price. Chris arrived the next day, actually a little earlier than scheduled which worked out fine. He and his assistant were very professional. They introduced themselves and Chris went over the entire procedure with me and my tenant. The work took 45 minutes and when they were finished the carpeting was tacked back in place and the area cleaned up. I will definitly use this company again. i felt they were very honest and competent and they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary plans like the larger commercial companies tend to try to do.

Just the other night, my wife and I noticed a bunch of food with teeth marks and chunks missing from our pantry. We then noticed mouse droppings on our shelves and on the floor. I called 4 different extermintors the next morning: 3 from Angie's List and 1 from a mailer. Three out of the four tried selling me their quarterly service over the phone without coming to my home to assess the problem. Only Wards said they wanted to come over and do an assessment first. Additionally, Ward was the only company that could send someone during "later" hours (5:30pm) to meet with me. Every other company gave me a 2 or 3 hour window from 8am - 4pm and that just wasn't going to work for me...I could not afford to take up to 4 hours off from work. So Ward sent their technician, Kyle, to my home 2 days later. Kyle checked the garage, basement, unfinished storage area, the perimeter of the home, and then the kitchen area where we noticed the mice problem. After doing his assessment, Kyle said he thought it was a fairly minor issue (not what I was told on the phone by the other companies). He found 4 possible points of entry into the home and said he would fill those up with foam, and he laid traps in the pantry and behind the fridge. Total cost: $125. Quarterly service? Not needed he said. As a sidenote, I had told Kyle in passing that we had some ants in the kitchen and master bath and that I had tried spraying but didn't have too much success. When Kyle was checking the permiter of the house for points of entry for the mice, he noticed where he thought the ants were coming into the house. Since he was already there, he sprayed the entire outside area that contained the ants for free. This was done even though my service call had nothing to do with ants....that is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I thanked him for his honesty and not trying to sell me additional services I didn't need, and for spraying for ants on the exterior of my home. Not only that, but he saved me a lot of money...not only b/c he was the only one that didn't try pushing their quarterly service, but also for only charging $125...this was much cheaper than the other companies for their initial service. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I will absolutely use Wards again if I have any pest control issues.
