I have had them for termite inspections and treatment. I have had a pest control contract also for couple of years and deal with critters and pests of all kind. They have been good.

We called American Pest after discovering 10 bees in a bedroom. They sent a technician over, who arrived within the time window, and who spent time asking about the house, the bees, other bugs, etc. He explained the habits of bees, and that it was unlikely that a nest would be in the house at this time of the year. He then climbed into the attic and spent a lot of time up there searching for a nest. Luckily, no nest or additional bees were found. He then proceeded to exterminate the entire house, being careful to ensure that our dogs were away from the pesticide when he sprayed. The technician was really a pleasure to talk with, very service oriented, and someone that I will welcome into our house in a couple months when American Pest returns.

The technician arrived early, after calling to confirm that was okay. He evaluated the issue, explained that it was carpenter bees and offered that treatment wasn't necessary, but optional, after explaining that the bees were actually good for the environment and keeping other pests away. I especially appreciated the Saturday scheduling. I will use this company again if I find any other critters.

They come out to inspect and spray on a bi-annual basis. They are really good and haven't had any issues.

We are very happy with the service. The problem was solved quickly, at a reasonable cost, and there were no chemicals used on the inside of the house. We would highly recommend Ward Pest Control to anyone!

The company did a very good job on the squirrel control and got off to a good start on the rat control. Over time, the problem with the rat control effort was changing personnel (of differing quality) and delays. Few rats were actually caught. I resorted to rat poison to help finish the job. One of the four people who worked on the rat issue made a very expensive proposal for rat baiting all around the yard, just before the problem was completely solved.

I'm been happy with there service. The owner is very nice and caring. He listens to his customers. When I first met with him, he took the time to explain what they do.

In general, they are fine. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality of service were excellent. Some of the technicians are better than others. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

They come when they say they would. They are very reliable. Their treatment seems to work and we have full control of the insects and stuff.

Mr. Ward came early and inspected our house from the outside. When I came home, he introduced himself and was already familiar with some pest issues we had been having. I was very impressed that he knew what problems we had before I told him. Initially I needed him to look at termites, but after making the appointment I realized I also needed him to look at carpenter bees we had in our fence, ants in our home and mice. He was very knowledgable and experienced and explained everything to me answering all of my questions. He never rushed the appointment, I felt like we were his only appointment that day. He even showed me how to plug up a hole in our wall to prevent mice from coming back into our home, giving me material (fee of charge) that I would need to do it on my own. He never tried to oversell any product or service. I could not have been more happy or impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He told me to call to make an appointment for treatment. I called and they were able to come out and treat for both termites and ants within a week. For the treatment they came on time and were neat and efficient. The cost was $135 for the termite treatment for our garage frame and $130 for the ants. They credited me $75 for a coupon I had from Angies List so the total was about $190. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

We discovered termites in our garage in mid-March. Had American Pest come out to evaluate and provide an estimate. The consultant that came out from American Pest was on time (early) and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain their methods and expectations. In the end, it came down to the remediation methodology and we chose another company in favor of the method they use. If your a homeowner with a pest problem, I wouldn't hesitate to have these folks come out to evaluate and would feel fine using their services. Its a personal choice, and always good to get several estimates so you can that you've made the proper investment for your situation.

They were thorough and examined everything. They were professional.

I don't know how their prices compare now. We have been with them a couple of years.

In addition to the excellent service we received in January - I had to submit a review today as I stopped by the main office this morning as my wife found some things in our bed and we weren't sure if they were seeds or bedbug shells. The receptionist immediately contacted a bug expert and they took a look. It turns out they were just seeds and they showed me some actual bedbug shells (which have a very different look). This only took a couple of minutes but they didn't charge me for their time and both the bug expert and receptionist were very friendly and sharp. Thanks American Pest!

They came out to treat for ants that had shown up early this year. The treatment was as usual but we had a continuing problem in one area that seemed to be getting worse.They came out promptly and did a thorough search, including going in to a ceiling . Areas outside were also thoroughly searched and treated.

It's annual service at a reasonable price. They are great. They email before they come, I get the same guy everything and he's personable. He covers his shoes when he comes in the house and does a very thorough job from what I can tell.

It worked out fine. There is a 20 year guarantee as long as you keep the annual inspection. The overall experience is excellent. I would use this provider again.

I like them a lot. I first contacted them because I had termite swarms and they came in very reasonably and took care of the problem. They are just really nice; they call when it is time for them to come back, and they are very good about rescheduling if I have an issue with that. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They've been responsive and come out regularly, but if I have any additional issues, they always address them. They're very easy to work with!

I've used them for years. I have a service plan for the whole year. I pay a fee to be on a contract. They come 6 times a year. I live in the country by open fields and we always have mice. They actually figured out how they climbed into my house. They climbed the brick and came through the attic and they eliminated them. It wasn't by traps because I have dogs. They are very environmental and they put bait traps in the attic. They were proactive and they tracked everything and filled in the holes. Their price is very reasonable. They come every winter and I never have mice. They are really effective and a lot of people in my neighborhood use them.

I had a termite issue and called American Pest Management. They installed a termite system and come out to inspect the system as well as for additional pests and spray when needed. I've never had any problems. If I've had an additional request, they have always been quick to come back out and address the concerns. I've only had one billing issue when they switched me from the end of the month to the beginning of the month. I asked them why they switched me and asked if I could stay on the end of the month but I was denied. I didn't agree with it but they do a good job so I stayed with their services.
