The tech provides excellent service each time (every other month). Cleans all external spider webs, rebaits vermain traps, and removes dead mice in the house, if necessary.

I saw a couple baby roaches in kitchen. Called them and got same say or next day service. That was great. Was told I should see response to treatment within 2-3 days. Saw a couple more roaches after that so called again. Got immediate service visit again. All good. It's been about 2 weeks and I saw a Roach the other day. So jury's still out on whether the treatment worked or not. Price of $250 upfront (includes two successive treatments) seems high but haven't compared. Service guy was pleasant enough. Answered all my questions. Did his job. All good.

They were extremely responsive, even knowing that I could likely solve this issue myself and therefore, wouldn't be providing a service for a fee. They suggested that I try to fix the problem myself and if was unsuccessful in identifying the source, they would send someone. I will definitely use them for any future issues!

From initial encounter through two followup services, we are very pleased. They have eliminated the camel back cricket problem and a couple of other issues. The techs are all great and knowledgeable and I feel that they offer a very comprehensive service and they manage to perform the pest control outside of the house successfully which is not something I have had in the past with other companies. We are very pleased with this company and will continue to use them.

I called Ward to inspect my attic for mice because I heard noise coming from that area. The technician arrived and once in the attic he stepped on the ceiling and broke thru the drywall. He apologized many times and called his supervisor Mike C for help. I spoke with Mike twice on Friday to determine if a contractor would come out to fix the issue. Mike C explained that he couldn’t get anyone out till Saturday afternoon. I never heard from Mike or the contractor. Needless to say but I’ve left several messages and I haven’t heard from anyone. Because I had a gaping hole in my ceiling and with threat of mice/animals being able to come into the house. I had to hire my own contractor to close the hole. It’s very unfortunate I had to experience this **** poor customer service. I would not recommend Ward!!!

We received an invoice dated 6/13/17 from Ward for $95 and it was for a termite estimate. We were NEVER told that there was a fee for an estimate (none of the other vendors charged for estimates). When my husband contacted Ward on July 18, 2017, he told the woman that answered that he was never told that there was a fee for an estimate, never agreed to pay for an estimate, and as a result, would not pay for an estimate. He told them to cancel our agreement with the firm. Per the Innovative Pest/Ward Pest web site, there is no charge for a termite estimate. Per Angie’s List, there is no charge for an estimate. Our next communication regarding this amount was a letter from a bill collector. Not only is Ward devious in not disclosing that they were going to charge us for a termite estimate, it is unethical in trying to charge us when their web site (and Angie’s List) clearly states that estimates are free. We disputed the amount with the bill collector and sent a copy to Ward/Innovative and the Better Business Bureau. I would never use Ward/Innovative again and encourage other Angie's List members to boycott them.

The Triple S gentleman was very friendly. He said what I was afraid he'd say. He said rats were getting under the deck. I asked where they could be coming from??? He pointed out the storm drain in our backyard and said the water runoff and sewage systems are like subway lines for rats. He gave us some recommendations on how to remedy the problem ourselves - prevent the rats from exiting the storm drain at our "station" with some simple hardware solutions, while still allowing water to run off down into the storm drain. He also told us to make sure we kept the yard free of rat enticing treats. Who knew rats had a proclivity for puppy poo?? So, we rat-proofed the storm drain and performed poop patrol even more often than before. We really appreciated his suggestions!

Very well! We are now on a monthly contract with them. Very pleased with their work!

Very courteous and nice, and very thorough

Everything went according to plan. One caution if you are sensitive to bug sprays in general, plan to be out of your house for at least 48 hours. I had some side effects from the 3 spray sessions.

First of all the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Susan who was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the treatment options and answered all questions. Irvin did the initial inspection he was very through looking in closets and identified the pest I had. John was the tech. who performed the service he was on time real nice guy he did treatment in and outside . The office quickly followed up with a report of what was done .

Regarding professionalism, the technician is knowledgeable. He listens to me when I bring up various concerns, without any questions as to why I'm bringing something up. His responsiveness is good, and he knows what he's doing as far as I can tell.

After the first visit from American Pest, we had a dramatic decrease in the roach infestation. A second treatment was done 10 days later which further decreased the number of roaches we saw. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the person as well as the time that he spent in putting down the bait.

Easy. They did not identify active termites, so they didn't need to do treatment inside the house. They installed termite baits around the perimeter last year. In doing so, they were responsive about keeping them away from our food garden. This year they came back to refill them.

Great. Thorough inspection of house. Treatment for ants worked immediately.

Service was good. Preventative measures recommended.

They're Fine; they came this morning and they will be back by next week if the weather gets better.

This last time they came they were a little bit lazy about some of the services that they normally provide, like brushing off the cobwebs on the outside of the house. They barely gave it a once over effort. Apart from that every thing else, they checked all the traps they did all the stuff they were suppose to do. They were just kind of lazy about it, I guess.

It's been good. We have an annual contract with them. They come periodically. The cost is broken down a yearly contract.

We paid American Pest Control somewhere about $100 a month. We stopped our service with them about January/February – the same time they were out here last.

Excellent. They preform the regularly scheduled maintenance on time and respond immediately to the few specific calls I've made (ants, wasps) without any additional charge. We live in a somewhat rural setting where you might expect some problems with pests or rodents. Since contracting with American Pest, we haven't had to deal with them at all. I couldn't be happier.

American Pest has provided the best service of any pest control company that we have used. Their initial estimate was very thorough and included walks around both inside and outside the home to detect areas of entry. Once these areas were identified trapping and baiting was used to reduce the problem. We have been using their monthly service for over a year now and have seen the mice activity drop substantially. No mice enter the home anymore and only the occasional dead mouse is found in the attic a couple of times a year. Whenever I notice any activity I can get them back out quickly to take care of it. Extremely awesome service and technicians. Highly recommended!
