The story is mundane, but the service is excellent and reliable.

They were very prompt in scheduling and they showed up on time. They did the work and I think even did a follow up visit. It seems to have been very effective because we have not had any mice and we had a lot last winter.

We had been seeing mouse evidence and catching about one mouse a week in our traps, over a period of several weeks. Joe came out and looked for mice. He found several areas of rodent activity and set traps and poison. He inspected the house, and showed us the MULTITUDE of entry points for critters. There were so many areas we used a contractor to do the work, as it was outside the work included in the Angie's List deal. A few weeks later, Joe came back, checked the work and the traps. The work done by the contractor met Joe's approval for keeping the mice out. Only one trap had a mouse, but it seems the poison did its job. We have not seen a mouse or evidence since. Joe was very professional and gave us good advice.

I have been completely blown away by how horrible the service was. The price I was quoted $75 for the first half hour $150 afterwards seemed reasonable. Yet, there was a miscommunication about when my appointment would be, and when I wasn't there (because I didn't realize I needed to be), I was charged for the drive to wait at my house for an hour. A week after I first called, a technicians was finally able to come. He was at my place for 35 minutes but was charged for 1.5 hours. When I called to complain (with evidence that he was there for only 35), both the person I spoke to and the supervisor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Though I was credited back $100, I was still over charged. I can't believe a business could operate like this.

Upon explaining our story, and sending feedback, they ended up apologizing and refunding us our money. They showed that customer feedback and satisfaction matter and that they care to provide good service.

Paul Martinson came out on Saturday 02/08/2012 gave us an estimate to treat our garage and shed for termites. The estimate included details of where and what they would do and their contract stated a 1 year guarantee. Triple S was the fifth estimate that we had for the same work. While they were not the cheapest, they were the lowest price with the best guarantee. I calledthe office on Monday and they were able to come out on the following Friday. Rick showed up on time completed the work according to the estimate. In my opinion Triple S is the best if you have active termites and need a job well done.

American Pest if excellent -- they are professional and don't push un-needed costs/services on you (advice of the guy who showed up: "get a cat"). Also used them to treat for bedbugs.

We were going to have a tree remove but discovered it was hollow and filled with bees. Ward Pest Control sent someone out to assess the situation the day that I called them. Their people eradicated the bees very quickly and mailed the bill to me.I would definitely recommend them and use their services again,

My husband and I heard noises in our attic every night at the same time each night. We contacted Ward Pest Control and they sent someone the next day to check things out and give us an estimate. The technician thought it was probably mice. He set four traps for mice and two for rats and flying squirrels. He then went about sealing all of the possible entry points into the house. Two weeks later, he returned and found a mouse in the trap. Since then, we have not heard any more noises. A representative made one more return trip a few weeks later to recheck the traps.

I saw a mouse in my kitchen late one night and called Ward Pest Control the next morning. They were able to get a technician out to me that afternoon for the initial inspection. The same technician came back the next day to seal up places where mice could get and set some traps. They are scheduled to come back soon to check the traps, but I think the sealing work was successful in keeping the mouse from getting back in (either that or a neighbor's cat got to it!). My only disappointment with Ward is that they have a policy of not moving any appliances to seal up gaps where a mouse could get in (like behind the stove or the dishwasher). The technician was completely upfront about that before I hired them to do the work, but I wish their policy were different. Overall, Ward was professional and prompt and helped me avoid a more extensive pest issue. I hope not to have any future pest issues, but if I do, I will definitely call them first.

Their service has been fine. They are punctual and professional.

I don't remember the exact price I paid, I think it was $500.00. They were priced within the range of estimates I was given. They performed the services paid for. I asked them to come by again, which they did without further charge. I had a good experience with this company. The inspector was very pleasant and informative. I will continue to use this company.

I was appalled to discover that mice had eaten into my bread and grains the day after putting food in the pantry of my new home. I was totally grossed out when I looked under the range and cabinets and realized they had been partying here for some time. I chose Ward Pest Control because I like giving my money to family owned businesses. Having gained an intimate knowledge of the house from participating in the pre-sale inspection process, I had a pretty good idea where the mice might be entering but I was only partially correct. Quincy was prompt, personable, and informative. He put on shoe covers to protect my floors before entering my house, took them off when entering the crawl space, and was careful to put them back on when he came out again. He said it is a good idea to pull the range out before buying a house because you can usually tell exactly what kind of pests have been around. That makes perfect sense. I could not have asked for a better experience and because of it, will probably give Ward a chance at my termite contract come spring.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and schedule the appointment for us.

It was a very good experience. I found them to be better than the company that we had used previously.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Ward Pest Control. During both visits the technicians were extremely friendly and informative. The work they did was absolutely to our satisfaction.

They came when I called them. They answered all my questions and worked around the house. They did exactly what they said they would do. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Lots of little critters conveyed when I bought my house - mice, crickets, spiders, wasps, spider crickets, ick!!! After trying for several months to rid the house of them myself, I gave up and called American Pest. They were great to work with in setting up my coverage and the first few times a technician came out he was truly outstanding. In no time at all I was pest free. I gave them a B rating overall because they have had some personal struggles: receptionists who did not make my appointments on the days of the week I requested and one technician who rushed through the work, clearly not caring about it and allowing those little pests to start coming back. To their credit when I called to complain they changed the technician who serviced my home and the company manager updated my file to only have service calls on the days I requested. The new technician is very good.

We were mostly pleased. The serviceman was punctual, professional and easy to work with. My only complaint is that they do not close the entry holes for you, they identify them but expect you to find somebody else to close them. On the follow up visit there was a different technician and I was travelling, so nobody new where the traps had been laid.

It is a frustrating process to get a full resolution, but Ward did whatever was in their power to combat the problem.

They called me to arrange an appt. I gave them the tenants' names. The tenants tried to reach them as well. They set the traps and said they would come back and did. They also identified problems and ways to prevent rodents from coming in.

On time, professional, took time to do a thorough job.

everything went great. Very pleased with the service and the information I received.

Thorough, they were responsive and the price is a little more then others; but totally worth the service. I was happy with the work and am a satisfied customer.
