I thought their price of nearly $300 was a lot for just coming out, checking the outside of the house to see if they could tell where the mouse came in (I told them I was pretty sure it came in under the screen door) and to set some mouse traps that either, I could empty, or they would come back in a month to see if any mice were caught. And they wanted to use glue traps which I think are inhumane. I decided I could set humane traps myself for less than $10.

Purchased a Big deal for American Pest. I had them do a annual pest control. I liked them, they did a good job.

Ward Pest Control's initial appointment was to review the pest problem, obtain samples of the pest, and walk the property. They sent the samples off to a national clearhouse for identification. Based on that analysis they proposed a course of treatment. They were punctual and professional, placing covers over their shoes prior to walking through the house. The treatment included removing electric outlet plates and placing pesticide inside the walls. The price includes continued visits to our house until there is no sign of the pests.

It went well, and my house was free of termites. The initial inspection is free, as I had not used them before. I was really looking for an agreement for an annual inspection, where there is a guaranty involved if any termites do show up. The company representative said he would submit his report, and I would be notified if I would qualify for an agreement. Not sure what this means, wish they had told me this over the phone. Not sure how to rate this service either. The service rep was professional and polite. I was satisfied with his inspection. I would like to use them again, in a year, but I'm unsure about how this works - first time free, then they charge the second time, if I qualify? But - overall, good.

I have used Ward for 4 years now. They are professional and always do a great job. I actually skipped last year since I had no ants...they came back this year in a different spot (also time for a termite inspection). Excellent service and their work is guaranteed...you can call back w/in 60 days and they will spray again if there are any problems.

It went fine. They were very passive in their review. There were mice already in the garage and in the back of the house and they never said a word.

They were very thorough, friendly and service oriented. I spoke with both the owners (father and son), they were both very friendly and gave me very reasonable estimates for different options for extermination work. I was very happy with my experience across the board.

I had seen a couple of mice in the house and had put out traps. Those didn't seem to help, so I called Ward on the recommendation of neighbors. The quickly discovered the entry points and sealed them. I have had no evidence of mice in the house since.

Wonderful. Inspector came on time, service was preformed as described and price was reasonable.

They let us know that according to the weather locally, it couldn’t be termites, it was only ants. They offered us a service contract to protect against termites in the future, but we declined it. We never had any problems again. They just gave the information to us for free, which we appreciated.

Initially the service by Ward Pest Control Inc wasn't great but they turned it around and made it work. The business manager actually offered to complete the service and process a refund back which I declined.

We are extremely happy with their service.

I ended up signing up for their monthly service because it was cheaper than their onetime charge. They charge me once in two months. They are courteous and always good. They are good in scheduling the service; they schedule one week at a time which works good for them. They email or call a week ahead, confirm the date and show up on that date. They follow this schedule really well.

Nice people, knowledgeable, reliable, fair, good communicators. Delivered on what they said they would do.

Ward Pest Control Inc came out about a year ago. I had a coupon. I think I got it off of Angie's List. I think it was $85. We had a nest of yellow jackets and they came out the day I called them. I called them from my office and they said we don't have to be there, but they came out, they did what ever it is that they dump there and they okay wait ten days if it hasn't gone away call us again. It didn't so I called them again and they sent somebody out that day. They were scheduled for a specific time but they called me and said it's raining can we come now, and I said that was fine. The guy came and explained that what ever pesticide or whatever they were putting down couldn't get wet and probably the last time it had rained and that's why it hadn't worked, but he knew what he was talking about because it worked. He did all different areas because he was looking at all areas and he could see what ever sign that they had nested. He did everything. He didn't charge anything additional from the $85. They will come out and take care of the problem. So that's good. They didn't use a spray they used some solid granules. It worked.

They schedule you automatically by sending an email specifying the day they're going to show - that way you don't have to remember to schedule them. Is easy to change the day as well as solidify a smaller timeframe for that day. Over the year of treatments they've been able to reduce the amount of stink bugs, though not get rid of them, catch some mice I didn't even know I had (sneaky little things that didn't leave any evidence they were in my house), virtually eliminate my camelback cricket problem, and reduce my ant population. Silverfish treatment hasn't been as effective as those sneaky things are hard to find but they do treat for them, however I have found an adult one every now and then. Different people come out to do the treatments and some I like better than others. Until this last treatment (the one on Apr 18) I was very happy with them, and one service technician found a nest of stink bugs that I hadn't found (in my chimney at the damper - that's how thorough they can be). But I recommend you follow them around because I found this most recent one spraying up into my ceiling air ducts (where the air comes out) and since they're directly over the beds, guess where the spray drifted to as well as the dripping...not happy. Also same person sprayed around my windows to include the locks on my windows which get handled a lot...not happy with that either, though that's easier to wipe down and wash. I consider this partly my fault for expecting this last one to do the same as the others, as none of the others sprayed either of these areas I'm complaining about. But overall, as long as you supervise, they're fine and do a good job.

This company has been easy to work with as far as scheduling etc.. The technician who has been coming to our house is very professional and does a great job explaining what he is doing. I plan to keep using them for pest control in the future.

They are prompt and accurate. They come when they say that they're going to. If I ever have to choose in between, they come back out in between. They are consistent and helpful. The people that come out are good. They seem to know their work and what they're talking about.

At first, the company was the most responsive of anyone I called for estimates for a termite inspection, they were very friendly, and their price was much more reasonable than the others. However, once they inspected the property, it was like pulling teeth to get the termite report! I had a very tight closing date, and I told them so when I scheduled the inspection. They did not send the report until 2 1/2 days after the inspection, and I had to call the company 3 times to get them to send the report, since it was extremely close to the closing date. Also, I asked them during every single phone call, from the first to the last (for a total of 6 calls) to send a copy of the report to my email address, and verified the address, but I never received a copy.

I like how they schedule the treatments every other month but give you the option of choosing a specific two hour window or another day. We originally brought them in because oiur old pest control company did not control the pests, in particluar termites. We use Angie's list to select them and they have lived up to their rating.

They did a wonderful job. Responded to my initial call. Scheduled a visit to diagnose the problem. Scheduled a day for treatment. Came as arranged and performed treatment. All work was punctual and professional.
