They were respectful workers that were excellent, timely, reasonable, and thorough. It was worth every penny!

Bought a Big Deal. Service person came out on time, and pointed out several potential entry points for rodents and closed them, and set a couple of traps. Did not have mice last winter, so I was satisfied.

The provider was punctual, professional and located the points of rodent entry I did not know about. I liked everything about the service, but I give them an overall "B" grade and will not be likely using their service again because we still have mice. I mean, I liked everything about the service but the fact that some mice evidently survived. Is it the house? or is it the service? I do not know. I would rehire them in a heart beat if I were certain the mice problem would be solved once and for long.

We were pleased with the service. Initial inspector did nice job checking and exterminating, and recommending ways to prevent pests from getting in. Found some holes outside and he filled them with foam. Return visits were useful too. Sprayed where needed and provided good advice. Only reason we did not renew was because we were moving out.

This is the third time I have hired Triple S Construction (a.k.a. Triple S Termite Pest Control). Every time I have been impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism of the crew. The General Manager, Steve, takes a personal interest in the work that is being done, and provides exceptional oversight as the work is being done. I purchased a new home and wanted the interior painted before I moved in. The whole purchase scenario when really fast so I did not provide Steve a lot of notice, but he rearranged his schedule in order to accommodate my painting project. He met me at the house during the final walk through, made helpful suggestions, and was happy to deal with my somewhat high maintenance color requests. The crew showed up on time on the day we agreed on, and although they took a little longer than expected to complete the job, the work was second to none and well worth it. I am already planning the next home improvement project and will be definitely calling Triple S again!

Rey was the technician both times. He was punctual, courteous, and extremely thorough. He carefully examined the mattress, frame, and headboard. He also removed the covers from the couch cushions and examined everything in detail. Rey found bedbugs during the first inspection. He quoted me $750 to treat a one-bedroom unit. That price was much higher than other companies I called. I ended up using a different provider, but in retrospect, I would have used Ward to get rid of the bedbugs. They were the most knowledgeable about bedbugs, and I know they would do a comprehensive job. I asked Rey to inspect the unit again after I had the unit treated for bedbugs. He was again punctual, courteous, and extremely thorough. Fortunately, he did not see any signs of activity. If I have bedbug problems in the future, I would use Ward to take care of the problem.

Excellent. They came recommended from both Angie's List and our local Capitol Hill ListServ. They arrived promptly were very knowledgeable. The rep. was willing to discuss all kinds of things (other pests, treatment, etc) and was in no hurry to rush off to another appointment. They were able to work within our schedule and get the treatment done within the week before we left for our summer vacation. They did a good job (we'll find out next year at termite season if it did the trick or not) and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a rat that has taken up residence by our back door. We called Ward Pest Control to come out and assess the situation and our technician spent 45 minutes walking the entire perimeter of our property and checked all potential openings into our house to ensure the rat(s) could not get inside. He also checked out the traps that we had already set and told me that what we were using was so very similar to what he had on his truck that we might as well wait a few weeks to see if we could catch it ourselves. He also let me know where we could get a few other items that would be helpful and much less expensive than what he would charge. Despite his lengthy visit, he did not charge us anything. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call/use them in the future should more pest issues arise.

The technician arrived and was surprised that there was an active hornets nest for him to remove. Apparently the office had not communicated this to him. He said that he had not brought protective clothing but was willing to remove the nest without any protection. He said it was ok and he was willing to do it because he'd been stung many times on the job, including by a scorpion. We did not want him to hurt himself on our property so we refused the service.

American Pest did a good job with the minor mice issue I have. I signed up for an initial treatment and bi-monthly service. They also will come to the home for free anytime between appointments if necessary. I had another pest control company come to the house for this issue and I thought that American Pest was head and shoulders above that company (although the bar was quite low there). The techs were professional and they were knowledgeable. The one gripe that I had is that they are pretty busy (probably due to the good service), but it is hard to get an appointment sooner than one week away. That was annoying when the trap caught a mouse, but they couldn't come until 4 days later. Of course that meant that I had to clean it up myself. That's not terrible, although, I was hoping to not have to do that anymore when I got the contract. But, other than that I thought they did a good job and would recommend them to others.

The contractor was punctual and arrived to perform services exactly when they were scheduled to. The exterminiation process was performed in three stages. Each time the contractor cameback to pick up their sticky traps we saw less and less bugs. Although the basement is not completly bug free, I see a great reduction int he number of bugs attached to the sticky traps which I now purchase myself.

They were great. I called them based on the Angie's List recommendation and it was helpful.

The technician inspected the house and then spent several hours sealing possible entry points around the outside of the house. After about a month mice were again detected inside the house and another technicain came examined the inside and outside of the house and identified two possible entry points inside the house in crawl spaces. He also sealed external entry points. Approximately one month later the crawl spaces were cemented over and there have been no mice or rats since. About two months after the last visit by Wards, another technician came by to ask about any problems. There were no additional charges after the first visit for any of the follow-up visits and work. I would recommend Wards Pest Control service highly for the professionalism and persistance.

My renter was complaining of flies. Ward came and made suggestions for cleaning the drains. They advised me what I could do as a homeowner to control the problem. They were responsive and very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Ward's Pest Control. They were honest in not selling me services that I could do myself for significantly less cost; and their technician (Michael) personified professionalism. He went over in detail what he would do to eliminate the mice and prevent mice from re-entering the home if I chose to employ them (around $225), and he acknowledged that in my particular case, the project was something that I could easily do myself. Ward's professionalism extended beyond just knowledge of their field--they were prompt and efficient. There was no wasted time waiting for someone to arrive as they arrived exactly when they said they would If I have a future rodent or pest problem, I would call Ward's in an instant. They know what they are doing, and you can trust what they say--they have real integrity.

Very impressed! The reprsentative of American Pest arrived right on time, was very professional, gave us the most thorough inspection of any of the previous three pest control companies that we had used. He was also very honest regarding his findings. Would deifnately use again, should the need arise!

I love them. That's the easiest way to say it. The phone screener was pleasant and knowledgeable; the schedulers were efficient; the techs were thorough and effective. They told me it might take two treatments because of the kind of ant; it only took one. They were careful to explain what chemicals they were using, because I have small children. Honestly, I couldn't have had a better experience.

They are very courteous and professional. Rates tend to be reasonable and they get the job done. We had some recurrence with a chipmunk but I can't be sure if that was another one or the one we intended to get rid of. We will turn to them in the future for our other needs.

Not much to tell he was very professional, in what he did. He answered all my questions with answers I understood.

They do a good job. They are really responsive when you have an annual contract. They will come out between visits with no additional charge.

It went on very well. Rep. came on time. There was problem of not able to open the lock box, so he was very understanding and waited for some time. i asked him to go attend the other call and back in 20 mts, and he came back on time, by that I was able to open the lock box and ready for him. He was very through , checked every where, very attentive. He did the exterior and the interior checking. Very happy with his work.

The work went pretty well. They came out when they said were coming. We have had some trouble with the recurring monthly services in regards to properly scheduling those services.

Great company, easy to work with. The tech arrived on time and was extremely polite. He took care of everything inside and outside the house and was very respectful of our home and the areas where my daughter plays. We plan on using them on a regular basis.

We are renting a town home and before moving in, we wanted to start quarterly pest control service. Quincy came to our new place, performed a thorough inspection and sprayed the home. He mentioned he is coming back to do the outside since it was raining at the time. Ward Pest Control was on time and very helpful. They seem like a very good local company to do business with.
