I started looking for an exterminator who would remove some bird nests from my porch rafters so I could get a ceiling installed to eliminate the problem permanently. I quickly discovered there aren't many companies that will remove bird nests. Mohammed came out and gave me an estimate for $265 which seemed reasonable. When I called back somehow things got messed up and Mohammed was sent back to give me another estimate. However, when he realized they had made a mistake, he immediately started doing the job as I had contractors coming to install the ceiling the next morning. He retrieved a whole trash bag full of nests. Bird problem permanently solved by a good technician. I am going to give them a try on their quarterly exterior/interior pest control program.

The service was good. We have continued our contract with the. Their service is good. They offer good customer service and we have been pleased.

Provider had to go into the attic and spray the nest, then removed the nest. The provider was very prompt. They operate 24/7 and I called at 1AM when we found the hornets hovering around the hall way light. We were scheduled for 11AM for the removal. Everything went well with the removal of the nest and so far no hornets in the attic.

This deal was really nice. I use them now trimesterly. They are very reliable and if I have a problem with their work they will come back out until I am satisfied. They will give you a day that they will come out to do the work, I wish they would be more specific on their hours of when they will do the service.

Our mouse infestation was solved and we have not needed help since. We liked that the used fast, humane traps and not poisons, too.

They were very responsive to our initial crisis call about rodents, coming back repeatedly over several weeks to make sure the problem was solved, and then monitoring every other month after that.

Chris gave our home a thorough inspection for termites and found none. He advised that our current efforts to control front door ants should continue and outside caulking would be helpful. He said that if we are not satisfied with our own controls, his company could be called to spray. We appreciated the time and advice Ward Pest Control gave to us free of charge. Their communications were very good to set up the appointment and on the day of the appointment. If we are in need of future pest control services, I would be sure to contact them again.

It took a while for me to receive the bill and come back out to take care of the nest. They were not able to dispose of the nest.The young man was very approachable.

My rental property was empty for 6 months, and when my tenants moved in they found evidence of rodents. Ward came out promptly, removed a mouse that we found, checked cabinets and attics and laid traps. They returned after 2 weeks to remove the traps and warenteed their work for 30 days. I was very happy with their service.

They did an excellent job and came back to patch up where the point on entry was.

These guys are thorough and reliable... we've been using them to treat all of the units in our condo building for bugs, etc. These guys are a million times better than Orkin, which we terminated with impunity (their level of service was simply abysmal...).

The company first came with a dog and inspected my home. It was easy to make an appointment, and they were punctual and fast. They did not find any pests. I called back shortly thereafter when I thought I was still being bitten, and they sent two technicians to do a thorough, hands-on inspection for no additional price. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable and I felt confident in their assessment. In the end, I appear to be having a reaction that is not due to pests, and so I did not need their services. I was extremely grateful that they performed such a thorough inspection for no additional cost. The cost of the first inspection was high - other companies appear to charge half this price - but I am pleased with the services that I received for it and would call them again.

The technician (I think his first name is Suresh) on this visit is the best one they have. He's knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and helpful. One thing that I don't like about American Pest as a whole is that they send a reminder notice a week before the service date that they schedule, and the arrival window is all day, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you want a narrower time frame (two hours), you have to call them and ask for it. They should just put the two-hour time frame in all of the reminder emails and calls- they already know it. At least they make it easy to reschedule if the time frame doesn't work for you.

As always, very courteous, well-informed, and helpful. I have had a service contract with American Pest for several years and have never regretted it.

They're very good - we're very happy with them. We have a contract with them, and we've been with them for about 6 mos.

We used them for several years for ant control on an as-needed basis but last year - with multiple in-door bug problems - we switched to the annual service plan. It seems a bit silly in winter but it provides multiple visits in the spring/summer/fall that make it the better price. The people who come have always been excellent and on-time and listen to what we do and do not want done. They also communicate well so I have plenty of notice of their next visit and plenty of opportunity to re-schedule as necessary.

They were responsive to calendar changes and were mindful that we live in the countryside with various animals from the woods.

Inspected the attic, set up traps and then returned two weeks later to check and remove pests caught.

This is a competitive business and American Pest stands out for its quality and responsiveness. They send out their knowledgeable and dedicated technicians as quick as possible, and these people really try to solve your problem, not just go through a checklist. They clearly like their job and the company they work for. And not only do they take care of their customers through excellent service but they give their customers a couple of Nats tickets each season as well as raffle off other sports tickets. Plus they are local, so you know your money is staying home. Great company.

Provided an extremely thorough termite inspection on our 1970's colonial. The estimate was free of charge and, thankfully, we came out termite-free. The service was professional and honest, with absolutely no pressure to purchase any added services.
