Description of Work: Put in termite control system a few years ago. Come bi-monthly for service or sooner if you request. Our service man, Shahidur, is always very polite, friendly and professional. I have had to change my service dates very often and the company is always accommodating. I don't know how their prices compare but I would highly recommend them for their service.

Description of Work: We called American Pest because we thought we had seen termites and wanted them to come do a termite inspection. They inspected the house and found no termites or other destructive insects, but did find a huge infestation of ordinary house ants. They treated our house inside and out over a period of four visits. They threw in treatment of our pool equipment house when we discovered that it too was infested. Everyone we dealt with was very professional.

Description of Work: Did not listen to me. They said they would only leave a trap and would not fix the hole causing the problem. They were hard to schedule and when we had a scheduling conflict, they were very rude when trying to reschedule.

Description of Work: There was a substantial critter hole next to our house, which I myself tried to fill in and cover up, while also calling Ward's. They came, inspected the spot, and could find no (more) active animal activity. Yet they never billed us for that visit, despite my calling them and asking them to send us a bill. Such business practices should always be publicly praised.

Description of Work: After discovering ants in our backyard (and slowly invading our house), we called Ward Pest Control to come out and look at the problem. Our service technician, Rey, came out on the date promised (and within 15 minutes of the start of the window), looked at the problem, and then treated everything for ants and other pests. He then set up a time to be back for 4 weeks, and walked me through the service options for ongoing service. He even suggested that 4x a year was too much, and reduced it. Glad to work with someone who is honest, and explains what is happening clearly and professionally.

Description of Work: Treated my house to get rid of ants. The treatment seems to be working because all I see is large collections of dead ants in several spots in my house.
