Description of Work: I could not be more pleased. I had been battling bed bugs for years. Paid for someone else to come and fumigate and the bed bugs were back within a month. American Pest came out with a dog (canine) and found bed bugs in every room in my house. Came out a week later with three trucks of heaters fans and workers. Took all day and have not see a bed bug cince. Had to heat 2500 square feet for over 4 hours at over 125 degrees F. I couldn[t be more pleased.

Description of Work: Ant eradication. Asked for exterior-only service. Appt difficult to make, phone was forwarded at several points to voicemail service. First appt was cancelled by company 20 minutes before appt time; second tech got service requirements wrong and cancelled at last minute due to rain (it had been raining all day). Third appt (after complaint to company) was the charm. Experienced tech arrived, performed all services as requested. Scheduling and intra-company communications could be improved, but management did everything in its power to make it right, which I appreciated. Hopeful that this was a one-time blip; previous services rendered professionally and well.

Description of Work: Called for mice in the house they put down traps and filled all entrances that they could be getting in by also gave us sticky pads jusr incase we needed them cause thats what weve been using to catch them and they were workin havent seen any mice since they left not sayin there gone but haven't seen any yet thank you
