They were great, very responsive to request to schedule appointment, on time arrival, and was careful in the work and inspection.

Our salesperson was Mr. John Roda, a very competent and knowledgeable representative. John showed us all the options and explained everything in detail so we had a very clear idea of what to expect. He returned all calls/texts and was excellent to deal with. Workmanship was superb by the crew sent and they cleaned up in an extraordinary manner. We had two mid 40 degree days and the roof was installed on the first of those days. On the 3rd day, it rained and the roof seems perfect. The only issue we had was with AHC's material supplier delivery. They first delivered materials prematurely (Stopped by us) and then missed day-before-installation delivery, having to deliver early in the morning of the day-of-installation. Everything worked out fine through the confusion. Roof installation is a MESSY experience but the crew left no mess.

Nick, the technician, arrived right on schedule. He was punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and the pricing was fair. Very happy with AHC's service overall. We'll be using them again in the future.

Marc did a great job in tough circumstances (it's the end of December so the gutters were overflowing with leaves). He explained some things about the roof (I'll need a new one soon) and gave detailed advice. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely hire American Home Contractors again...& I'll ask them to send Marc :)

AHC replaced my roof and siding. I was so happy with the work, I hired them to replace my windows as well! Terrific crews, excellent staff, and a project coordinator of whom I will refer directly to others because of the time, care, and personal attention to the job. GREAT WORK AHC! This is certainly the last remodeling contractor I will ever need!

Marc Burkett was prompt, very knowledgeable, quite skilled and a clear communicator. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I received a detailed inspection report with precise and smart recommendations - Marc walked me through everything, especially savvy on the most urgent and least urgent needs. I would ask for him on future jobs.

Wonderfully! I was able to purchase triple pane, extremely energy efficient windows at about the same pricing others quoted double pane windows!

Marc Burkett was my technician. He was very professional, showed me pictures of trouble areas, and performed the work needed.

At first we were very happy with the service because the contractor told us that our roof was in great condition and that it had many years left on it. He patched one spot where he thought the leak might be. However, during the next storm the leak persisted, and then we had another, more serious leak in a different part of our house. We had a second contractor come out for another look. In short, our roof is in horrible condition. American Home Contractors missed numerous and very obvious warning signs that we not only needed a new roof, but that we have probable structural damage. We now have water damage to deal with on top of a roof replacement in the middle of winter when this could have been taken care of in the summer. Further, American Home Contractors has refused to refund the paltry $150 we spent on what turned out to be a disservice. I believe this company makes a lot of revenue through "deals" on Angie's List, but that their service is indifferent or inexperienced.

It's been difficult, however, they came back and made it right. It took longer than O would have liked but hopefully it's over and I can enjoy my home again. thank you American Home Ontractors for giving me my life back.

Inspection went well. Howard Shires was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Missing shingles were replaced, loose shingles were nailed down and adhesive was used as well to secure a few. Found out from Howard, (technician) that each side of my roof had at least a 10 year difference. Possibly roof damage prior to my purchase 5 years ago. Scheduled a new roof estimate. He was about 45 min to an hour late due to a previous appointment, I believe, which is why I rated him fair for punctuality. Overall, the appointment went great.

Very pleased with the quick response from the office staff on scheduling the appointment and the subsequent follow ups confirming. The day off the service my tech (Marc) called to confirm and update me on his arrival time. He was running a little behind on a previous job. As it was late in the day, he was concerned it may get dark before he completed the work and we agreed to re-schedule. Marc called the morning of the appointment to confirm his arrival time and arrived on time. He was very professional and took time to explain all aspect of the task and answer my questions. This is my first experience with AHC and can recommend them (and my tech) without hesitation. Bottom line is I will contact them for future projects.

The gentleman who came, Mr. Howard Shires, was very professional. He was also very personable. He really cares about his work and the company he works for. I am very happy that I paid for this service through Angie's List. It was a very good experience. Mr. Shires took care of a couple of problems he pointed out. The services were performed in record time. Because of him and the quality of his work, I requested an estimate for a new roof and bow window. I have complete confidence in this company. Thank you.

Howard came by today to do my roof tune-up. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked my attic and my roof and shared a lot of informative information with me. Super great guy, super great price, super great company. I highly recommend and will use again for my roofing need. Thanks Howard!

Those people I think they were professional, they came out and looked at it and they say they you know tack it up or stuff like that wasn't what they do so I wrote it off. They came out and looked at it and say they don't do that type of work.

This is a wonderful company! I really loved speaking with Amanda and Caitlyn when I needed to call the office. Every time I called they were so friendly and considerate. I had Jonathan and Chuck to my house and they did just a spectacular job with the roof and gutters. They showed me pictures of all the areas of concern and really made me feel confident that my roof and gutters were in good hands. I will DEFINITELY be hiring American Home Contractors for all my future exterior contracting needs!

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went very well. There was no additional charge. I think everything was top-notch. I would tell everyone to check them out. They did good work. They were fine.

Everything went well. The technician, Howard Shires, called before arriving. He did a through inspection, fixed everything he found and made recommended regarding our attic's insulation requirements. He was professional and good to work with.

Our experience with American Home Contractors was very good. They responded quickly to an online request for a quote. The technician Marc Burkett arrived on time, and call prior to confirm the location. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our gutter system. He pointed out several good things about the quality of our roof and pointed out other areas of the gutters and downspouts that could use attention and/or replacement. He checked and tightened all the gutters after cleaning. He took photos of all the work and we were emailed a few days later with these attached. Marc completed a full report on our roof and gutter system, and even left us a coupon (with no expiration) if we choose to have further work done. There were no high pressure sales tactics or hidden extra charges. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and plan on using them again soon to address some of the areas of our gutters that need attention.
