Initial communication and scheduling with the company went quite well. They had many appointments available that fit my schedule. The contractor they sent out to do the work, Howard, was about 15 minutes late; however, he was quite professional and very knowledgeable. He performed the work scheduled in a timely manner and was very pleasant with which to work. Howard noted that I would receive photos he took while in the attic and on the room within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive those.

The process was virtually painless. I was shown several options and told the benefits of each. They let me know ahead of time when they would be coming and showed up on time that day. Mine was a 2-day job because of the size of the roof. The second day, it was raining, so they came on a Saturday (the next dry day) and finished. The workmanship is excellent. As it had its original roof, the attic had never been vented. They installed venting at the bottom and top to help pull air through. They also coordinated with the contractors I had remodeling my bathroom so that they could put in the vent hole in the roof. While they were there, it was raining shingles. However, after they left, you would never know because they clean up everything extremely well. Highly recommend.

Marc was very helpful and walked me through some issues with the roof. He completed the job quickly and was very professional. I would hire their company again!

Technician Marc Burkett arrived on-site early and gave a close inspection on my roof issues, taking time to explain the correct practices for flashing and caulking to address my issues. I was impressed with his thoroughness and appreciated him beginning the inspection on the roof right away.

Chuck came today, February 17, 2017 and did a complete analysis on my roof and provided me with great feedback and photos to validate current and future roofing needs. Chuck was prompt, well spoken, detailed and a consummate professional. Based on certain conditions we have opted to move forward with pricing for a new roof in which we expect to move forward on this project soon. He left with me all the needed reading material to help me understand the various types of material that are available for this job. Thank you.

Mr. Shires, of American Home Contractors was on time and extremely polite. He inspected every inch of the gutter system, the downspouts, the gutters and yes, the ground drains. He was extremely informative and answered all of my questions concerning the system. He did a through job of cleaning the gutter system and even left me with a written inspection report which provides me with additional information. I would recommend this service provider to friends, family and even business associates and I plan on using them again.

The Technician, Nicholas, did an excellent job of inspecting and assessing our roof while performing some needed repair work. I was impressed by his attention to detail and honest assessment of the issues. Great Work!

Marc was very prompt. He did an outside inspection prior to performing any work and explained in detail the areas were work was needed. I have a small leak and he showed me were the water was coming from. He did the necessary repairs and showed me pictures of the work he completed. Marc Burkett did an outstanding job.

Showed up early which typically never happens with contractors; very professional; found the source of the leak relatively quickly. Wasn't the roof but an actual plumbing issue.

I called because I wanted them to check my shed roof to see if they could address that issue while here. I knew I one leak in there, turns out I actually had four. He then came out and got on house roof, which is only five years old and had used 50 year shingles. He found some nail pops, took pictures and addressed them. Caulked around chimney due to hair line cracks. Checked the flashing around all the vents and pipes. Over all said the roof was in good shape. We didn't require him to come inside to check in the attic since its only five years old. He ended up replacing three shingles. The technician was knowledgeable, work took about an hour. Very professional. Shed roof estimate was $1,250, I haven't decided what I am going to do yet since a new shed wouldn't be much more then that.

Marc Burkett came to do the inspection. He was extremely professional, and went above and beyond in repairing the damage done to our roof. He also pointed out other damaged areas that we had not noticed previously. He helped to establish a follow-on appointment with home inspectors to come and provide a further estimate on those other damaged areas of the house, and completed the work in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to have American Home Contractors come and service our house again. You can't go wrong with choosing them!

Chuck inspected my roof and showed me pictures of problem, or potential problem areas. He was honest and up-front about cost. The repairs were done in a timely manner and he showed me before and after pictures. He was polite, professional and on time.

Marc took enough time to identify the cause of our bathroom leak. The overall roof inspection was very thorough. He even cleared a couple of handfuls of debris from our gutter while he was up there. Marc was very knowledgeable not just about the roofing, but the components in our attic as well. Very happy with the service!

I like the way they explained everything, I love the way they, before they did anything I love the way I can observe him and he took pictures of everything he did before and after and they provided their pictures of the entire roof and gutter to me included some recommendations for improvements potentially for thew roof but I mainly use them for the gutter they were just very comprehensive, gave me a lot of confidence.

Howard Shires arrived on time and explained what he was going to be doing. He took photos of the problem areas and corrected them. I was honestly very impressed by his efficiency and professionalism during the whole process. Will definitely use again in the future. Very pleasant experience.

Everything went great! Marc from American Home Contractors was very thorough in explaining what he would do right when he first arrived and we talked about the items covered in the deal. Before he started work, we talked about things to look for as a homeowner while he walked the house for a visual inspection and then he went right to work. While Marc was on the roof, he would stop and tell me what he found, he gave me a clear understanding and proceeded from there. I would work with the company again when needed due in large part to the service from Marc. Very professional and appreciated service.

Well. They sent out photos of my gutters after the fact, which were clean. They were professional, although late due to traffic (inauguration day).
